Chapter 43: "I owe you a drink for this one Aizawa!"

U.A. High a few days later.

Akemi was listening in from behind the door as Nezu spoke with Toshinori, Vlad and Shota.

"Thank you All Might. You saved thousands of people's lives over these many years though it cost you your body and strength. As a citizen a hero and the principal I cannot express how grateful we all are to you, however given everything that's happened there are many who do not believe you should continue as a teacher at U.A. some are pointing out that our troubles began when you starting working here. Their worried the children will continue to be caught in the crossfire and that you can't protect them anymore."

Shota appeared tired and uninterested but on the inside he sighed heavily.

"It's a delicate balance but nevertheless I believe I know what we must do to ease the concerns the public has expressed. We must strengthen the faith people have in the hero's we have left! It's true the threat we face is still out there but we will protect and train with more focus and diligence than ever before! That is why we're going to implement a plan that's been on my mind for a while now. I'm counting on you to convince the students families."

Shota saw the pamphlet. *Dormitories...*

He stepped forward. "Sir if I may, if Akemi and I agree to this we're going to need ample room for a growing family. Preferably soundproof walls. I can already guess Cementoss is in charge of the construction but I want to be able to make the necessary changes to the layout to accommodate a baby let alone if something else were to arise. Three decent sized bedrooms if anything."

Akemi smiled softly outside the door.

"Of course Aizawa. I already had that in mind for you. All you and Miss Akemi need to do is communicate with Cementoss of your desired changes."

Shota smiled softly and bowed. "Thank you."

The three men headed towards the door Shota opened it only to see Akemi's stunned wide eyed face. He smirked and crossed his arms. "Seems you failed in espionage to."

"Oh shut up Sho."

Akemi hugged All Might. "I'm so glad you're alright Toshinori!"

Toshinori blinked in shock then smiled as he hugged her with his good arm.

Shota spoke up. "How are your parents?"

"Bruised and beaten up but nothing severe. Mother overused her paralyzing quirk trying to detain a few Nomu's that turned out to be immune to her toxins and she blacked out. She'll be fine. Father however has bruises overtop his other bruises from protecting mother and taking the blows before Endeavor incinerated the Nomu's with his hellfire. Their both resting at their place."

"Good I can breathe again. With everything that happened yesterday I was exhausted the moment we made it home to ask if they were okay."

"I'm going to the apartment to pack the essentials I don't want to get rid of our home, maybe we can use it as a get away from the baby and the students?"

"I like that...gives Hizashi a taste of being that honorary uncle that he keeps blabbing about...his first diaper change will be hilarious."

"So will yours Shota...Of course that's only when the baby gets here." Akemi placed her hand on her growing stomach and smiled. "I'll see you later."

Toshinori and Shota got in the same car. When the door closed Shota spoke. "First of all Toshinori I'm glad your not dead. Secondly I need to know, was that the man that caused your injury or not?"

Toshinori flinched and sighed. "It was..."

"I can see why you kept that under wraps that guy...that guy was like something out of a nightmare."
