Chapter 33: THE SHIGARAKI INCIDENT

Shota opened the door. "When class starts that means you should be silent!"

"Morning. Unfortunately there are some of you who didn't pass your final exams. So when it comes to the training camp in the woods..." he gave his signature crazy grin, "Everyone is going!"

Ashido was almost crying as she happily spoke. "WE ALL GET TO GO!"

"Yeah the only reason is that nobody failed the written exam. Five failed the practical badly. Two teams and then Sero failed as well."

Sero groaned. "Ah man I knew it I didn't do anything to qualify for passing the exam."

"Allow me to explain the practical battles, the teachers made sure there was a way for you all to win otherwise you never would've stood a chance. We were interested in observing how each of you would work together and approach the task at hand."

Oijiro spoke up. "But didn't you promise that the teachers wouldn't be holding back."

"That was just to get you on edge. Be glad Miss Yuriemoto was banned from participating you'd never be able to pass. Besides the training camp will focus more on building your strength and that's where I get to have some fun in beating you into the ground. Those who failed need those lessons the most. We were never going to separate you. That was just a logical deception!"

Iida was stunned before standing and ranting. "He tricked us all! Mister Aizawa this the second time you've lied to us aren't you worried that we'll lose faith in you?!"

"That's a good point I'll put that into consideration.." He mentally smirked, *considered and nope ruins all the fun I have seeing your stunned faces...* he continued speaking. "but I wasn't lying to you about everything. Failure is failure. We've prepared extra lessons for the five of you. Frankly they'll be far tougher than what you'll face in summer school."

Later that afternoon, encroaching on early evening...

Akemi was training Shinso with Shota observing and giving advice of his own when suddenly his phone rang. He checked the caller ID. "It's from your father Akemi."

Akemi stopped in her training with Shinso and turned. "Then answer it! He called you not me."

He smirked and put it to speaker phone. "Yeah old man what do you want?"

"Shota there's been a Shigaraki incident at the mall."

Shota stood up and clutched the phone with his quirk activated and his capture scarf levitating. "WHAT!!!!"

"Don't yell and if Akemi's training that Shinso boy than turn off the speaker phone! No offense to the kid but this is a teacher matter!!!"

Shota muted the speaker and sighed before placing the phone to his ear.
"Sorry, Now What Happened!"

"Shigaraki apparently was in the vicinity and noticed a student he remembered from U.S.J. He approached the student and just talked to him, but it was far from a happy go lucky conversation among friends, he had the boy in a neck grip! He threatened to use his quirk if the kid screamed for helped."

Shota's blood pressure was rising he knew that mans power. His mind was already thinking the worst he could hardly get the words out. "Is the student...is the student injured?"

"No just shaken up from the ordeal. He's with Tsukauchi right now."

"He?"

"Izuku Midoriya the one you've deemed as U.A.'s problem child."

Shota gripped his hair with his other hand and groaned. "Midoriya my god why is it always him?"

Akemi was stunned. Shinso was concerned and spoke up. "Midoriya? Wait is this about what happened at the U.S.J attack?"
