Chapter 16: U.A. SPORTS FESTIVAL OBSTACLE COURSE!!!!!!!

Akemi was smiling as she yelled in order to greet her parents at the entrance of the arena. "Mom, Dad!"

Titanium Whip turned his head giving himself whiplash and then he grinned. "Akemi!"

His hair grew longer and shot out into the crowd easily dodging people and wrapped her up by the waist and pulled her rapidly towards him and into a waiting bear hug. "Heya kiddo! I don't think I've been this excited about the sports festival since your own!"

"I know dad and its good seeing you and mom."

Her mother whispered. "Honey where's Shota?"

"He's with Present Mic."

"That should be an interesting commentary from the two polar opposites."

"The commentary will be all Mic's doing, I doubt that he'll say much other than telling Mic to lower the volume or not get to excited."

"Well we should let you go to the teachers section of the arena your father and I managed to get seats closer to the action."

"I'll be rooting for your class."

"Dad I teach both hero classes and they've been training hard for this."

"Well fine I'll just root for whoever I deem to be worthy. As someone would often say am I right Akemi?"

Akemi rolled her eyes with a smirk. "Just don't go overboard with the cheering dad."

She headed towards the teachers section and loomed behind her seat which was behind Power Loader. Her keen eyes saw her bandaged husband in the announcers box with Hizashi.

"HEYYYY MAKE SOME NOISE ALL YOU RABIB SPORTS FANS!!!"

"GET THOSE CAMERAS PREPPED MEDIA HOARDS!"

"THIS YEAR WE'RE BRINGING YOU SOME OF THE HOTTEST PERFORMANCES IN SPORTS FESTIVAL HISTORY GUARANTEED!!! I'VE ONLY GOT ONE QUESTION BEFORE WE START...ARE YOU READYYYYYYYYY?!!!!"

"LET ME HEAR YOU SCREAM AS OUR STUDENTS MAKE THEIR WAY INTO THE ARENA! OUR FIRST GROUP ARE NO STRANGERS TO THE SPOTLIGHT. YOU KNOW THEM FOR WITHSTANDING A VILLAIN ATTACK OUR VERY HERO COURSE CLASS 1-A!!!!"

Cheers erupted from the crowd and Akemi smirked at Izuku's stage fright. "THEY HAVEN'T BEEN GETTING AS MUCH SCREEN TIME BUT ARE JUST AS TALENTED THE HERO COURSE STUDENTS OF CLASS 1-B!!!!"

Akemi droned out everything else after that waiting for the fun to begin until she go a text message from her mother...

-Hey sweetie do you and Shota have a secret son that we don't know about?"

-WHAT NO?! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!!!!!!!

-There's a purple haired boy in the general studies course that looks just like Shota when he was that age.

Akemi scanned the students and her jaw dropped she hastily texted her mother.

-OMG! It's like I'm looking at a purple haired Shota! WHAT THE HECK!!!!

-🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I know your father's laughing his head off as we speak! I hope Shota notices him! Your father's already decided to root for the kid! Biases I know but it's too coincidental! Wonder what his quirk is?

Now Akemi had yet another kid to root for and he wasn't even one of her students.

-WHOSE IDEA WAS IT TO HAVE MIDNIGHT AS THE UMPIRE!!!!

-She was very persistent to the point of annoyance...

Akemi smirked over Bakugo's speech. "Well that's one way to do it kid...this should be interesting."
