Chapter 26: Oijiro meet Shinso...Shinso meet Oijiro...now play nice!

Shota woke up to their cat meowing at him but despite that he was grinning as his arms wrapped securely around the body of his wife. A whole week of relaxation with his wife in his arms! *Thank you Internship week!*

Akemi stirred and woke up. "Morning the little terror is at it again."

"Mhmm sooo what shall we do today?"

"Actually dear I'm going to be preoccupied today and...all week."

"What? What do you mean?"

"I'm interning..."

"Oijiro?"

"Yes and training, someone else..."

"Who...?"

"Hitoshi Shinso from General Studies."

Shota's eyes widened. "Oh I see..."

"I'll make sure they play nice." Akemi stood up to change into her hero outfit.

"Why him? Is it because he reminds you of me?" Akemi faltered and sighed.

"Yes but he has potential Shota you saw that too! He wants to be a hero and with his power he can save so many lives! And..."

"And..?"

"And he was inspired by you Shota...by you and your parents. Your the reason he wants to become a hero. You give him hope that his quirk can change lives for the better."

Shota sat up in bed in shock. "Shinso huh..." he smirked playfully and nodded. "I'd like to meet this boy."

"Then come on we're going to Gym Gamma to prepare for them. Thankfully both boys live close to the school."

"Oh fine! I guess that means I have to get out of my comfy bed to watch you beat two students around..." he laid down and sighed. "On second thought I'll sleep."

"Then I won't feed Tsukiko and she'll keep you up until you have to get out of bed to feed her before your mind snaps like a twig from her meowing."

"Huh guess I don't have a choice do I?"

"Nope!" She grabbed her outfit but gasped when a scarf suddenly snagged her wrist.

"What are you doing? You need to shower! I'm surprised darling you're usually the one who reminds me half the time!"

Akemi smiled as he released her before tossing the scarf away and standing. He walked over and picked her up bridal style and smiled crazily. "Come darling you're clearly not awake yet."

"Oh Shota..." Akemi giggled as he carried to their shower before joining her with a fierce kiss...45 minutes later after that steamy shower they were both dressed and Shota was trying to not partially burn their eggs!

"In my defense I never learned how to cook so it was your own folly in marrying me if you wanted a five star chef to compete against."

Akemi kissed the end of his nose with a grin. "You silly man I married you because your a good person and I love you, regardless of your horrible cooking skills!"

"Hey salt in the wound your supposed to make me feel better!"

"Okay so maybe your not that horrible. At least you didn't use spices in replace of salt and pepper when you cooked the eggs."

Shota smirked. "If only Mrs. Yamada were here she'd have a heartache hearing that you let me cook. When I was 10 I was already living with the Yamada's. I wanted to make them something to say 'thanks for taking me in'. I made them a cake but I didn't know that you weren't supposed to use the fancy spices and I ended up giving them all severe food poisoning."
