Changbin's POV

I don't know why do we all have to meet here. I mean we do always meet when we have free time but I never expected to see them in this place. I thought I am the only one that Detective Chad called.

"So Detective Chad called you all here too?" Seungmin asked first

"Yeah, I don't really know why but he said it's urgent"

"It must be about the crime that happened? We all know that Jeongin is gone and it's impossible for him to kill someone again" Chan

"Detective Chad must have someone in mind whom he is suspicious of. That's why he called us all here" Felix

"But why is Hyunjin not here?" Minho

"Hana as well. She should be here because she is one of the student who knows about the crime" Jisung said

I agree with him. Hana and Hyunjin should be here since they are with us whenever there is a crime and they know a lot as well. Their opinion matters too. We never heard of Hana and Hyunjin again. We met Hana two months ago but she never replied to us nor say hi. Then Hyunjin really ignored us when he said he doesn't want to get involved again. I don't think cutting communication with us would change a thing.

"What if Jeongin is alive?" Felix asked

"That's impossible. We saw how he killed himself. We saw how he closed his eyes and stopped breathing" Minho

"But did we all ever saw him being cremated? It was his Father only who was there" Seungmin

They were right. His Father never called us when he cremated Jeongin's body. I don't know why but he said he wanted to be alone at that moment. He just called us when Jeongin was done. He also didn't show up when we visited and didn't even show himself in the public.

"I'm sorry I am late. Something came up" Detective Chad said and sat with us and smiled "How are you all? It's been a long time"

"Yeah, we are fine" Minho

"Why are we here?" Jisung asked

Detective Chad looked at us one by one "Two is missing"

"Two?"

"Jeongin and Hyunjin. It must've been great to see them here too but Hyunjin doesn't want to see you all, while Jeongin is gone" he sighed

"Do you have an idea where he is?" Chan

"He is in the same school with Hana coincidentally. As far as I know, he never talked to Hana, not even once" Detective Chad

"Why would he? He misses her a lot"

"Yeah, but I don't know why" Detective Chad

"Lucky him. He is near to Hana. Why would he even avoid her?" Felix rolled his eyes

"Anyways, you all must've heard about the crime that happened in Sanxia. A student was found dead in Chan's private laboratory room. The same method pointing to all of you, including Jeongin" Detective Chad

"Even him? He is gone. Why is he included?" Chan

"Only the killer knows why. It's either Jeongin did that or someone who is trying to mess up with us" Minho

"That's fucked up" Felix chuckled

"What if one of you is the killer?" Detective Chad

"Just tell us that you are suspecting us" Minho rolled his eyes

"I can't avoid the fact that you guys are still the main suspect" Detective Chad sighed and looked at us "I know all of you are suspicious of one person. If you are, you don't have to say who. I want you all the keep an eye on that person. Just tell me when you are sure that he is the killer and when you have enough evidence"

He is right. We are all suspicious of one another. We can't avoid that as well. It's really serious. I know the killer doesn't want us to die since he will be caught once we all died here and he will be left or else he can frame up someone and kill himself.

"Actually, the general told me that I shouldn't investigate Sanxia Academy anymore. That won't stop. I want everything to end here" Detective Chad

"We appreciate your effort but suspecting each other won't help. Do you have a plan?" Felix

"I talked to Hana and she went to Sanxia last night. There is a note on top of the dead body saying the same thing when Hana transferred to Sanxia Academy. I know the killer wants Hana or using her to lure you all" Detective Chad

"What's your plan? Anything that can be used?" Seungmin

"It's dangerous but I want you all to go back to Sanxia. I told Hana about this and she will try to talk to Hyunjin about this too. Everything started there, with all of you. Let's end it there" Detective Chad

"Can you do us a favor?" Jisung asked

"What is it?"

"Can you investigate what happened to Jeongin before he was cremated?" he asked

I agree with him. We need to know what happened before he got cremated. We can't be fooled forever and be framed up for the crime we didn't do.

After an hour, we all decided to go home. They all got in their car and drove away but I went to Detective Chad.

"What's the matter?" Detective Chad

I handed him the necklace I found "It belongs to Jeongin. I saw it the other day, at the crime scene"

I think he is alive.
