Third person's POV
"Where are you going?" Katana asked
Hana showed her the bottle "I'll just get some water"
"Make it fast. Curfew will be in a few minutes" she coldly said and lied down on her bed
She nodded and hurriedly ran to the direction she is planning to go. She is using her phone as a flashlight. She keep pouting as she walked to the cafeteria. There are no students wandering around because of the curfew. She is walking in the dark, alone.
As soon as she arrived, she hurriedly filled her bottle with mineral water. Her bottle is full of water, she started walking back to the dorm but as she glanced to the right side, she saw Jeongin heading somewhere.
"Jeong-" she stopped when she saw the time
It's almost the roll call time. She hurriedly ran as fast as she can to the dorm. She tried her best not to make any sound. Luckily, she survived. She arrived just on time.
"What are you doing? You almost got caught" Katana said
"Sorry" she whispered and fixed her face
Professor Trina started checking the girls' dorm. She finished checking Hana and Katana's room, reason for them to go inside and have a rest.
"Have a rest. You have to meet your club members tomorrow" Katana said and lied down on her bed
Hana lied down on her bed while staring at her phone. She remembered everything that she observed and find out about. She started writing on the notes.
Sanxia Academy:
1. You can't get out unless you are dead.
2. Ashika got bullied and went missing one month ago.
3. Everyone in the Class 2-A and 4 students from Class 1-A, along with the school staffs were there.
4. Eight students were suspects for the killing that happened years ago until now. All the evidences pointed at them.
5. Those eight students have feelings for Ashika and all have special relationship with her, except for Minho who is her boyfriend.
6. They can't decide unless one of the eight students will let them.
"I don't have any club to join. What do you recommend? Can I join where you are?" Hana asked Katana
The lights were off, Hana assumed Katana is already sleeping.
"I... I had a dream. I was in Sanxia Academy, but it wasn't like this. All of you weren't there, except for the eight suspects and Detective Chad. All the evidences were pointed at them too. There, we are allowed to leave when we want, we are staying at Sanxia Penthouse, the eight suspects were all approachable, there is no Ashika missing. It was a mess. I thought Jeongin is the killer since he admitted it to himself, but Hyunjin is the real one" Hana
Katana is pretending to be asleep, but she is listening the whole time. She never turned off her mic before, but now she did. Why? She wanted to protect Hana at all costs.
"It was a real mess. I don't know who to believe, who to trust and who should I go with. In that dream, I learned that I am all alone. Now, I don't trust anyone at all. I woke up from the dream, then my brother and his friends were asking me to help them do the documentary. I said yes, why? I wanted to help find out the real killer. I thought everything is the same. I guess this will be a little harder" Hana chuckled
Katana is silent...
"I thought I am here to find the killer but seems like I am now taking interest in what happened to Ashika. I am taking every step she took when she first got here. I wanted to know who did it to her, I wanted to know why?" Hana
Katana's tears fell.
"I see myself in Ashika when she first got here. I know the feeling of being unsafe. I know the feeling of wanting to trust but can't. How crazy... I complain about when they mentioned I remind them of Ashika, when I, myself, see the version of me in my dream, in Ashika" Hana
"I'm trying to sleep here" Katana said coldly and stood up "I'll use the bathroom. Don't enter"
"I won't" Hana chuckled
Katana went to the bathroom.
Hana suddenly felt sleepy, she is just staring at the night sky through the window when she heard footsteps going near her.
"Are you done already-" Hana
Someone started choking her that made her hard to breath. She tried to remove the hand but she is too weak compared to a man... She wanted to scream so loud but the guy is not letting her.
Hana kicked the guy's stomach that made him fall to the ground. She started coughing, the guy stood up and tried to pin her down but Hana ran away from him.
Katana came out of the bathroom and was shocked "Hana, are you okay?!"
She nodded and hurriedly opened the lights "Haknyeon?"
Haknyeon was shocked.
Katana was about to attack Haknyeon when they heard a loud scream that woke up everyone. The three of them hurriedly ran out of the room. They followed where the scream came from.
As they arrived at the empty room, they saw a dead student, same method, a flower on top and a note.
Katana took the note "Hana"
Hana looked at her "Why?"
She handed Hana the note.
"A pink rose means admiration" Seungmin said as he entered the room "It is the favorite flower of Ashika which Minho used to give her"
