Your brother was part of the crew for twenty one pilots and when he asked if you wanted to come along with them on tour you were so excited. You had listened to their music for a long time now and you couldn't wait to meet them. You planned to tour with them for a little over a month and within 2 days of being on tour you and Josh had became practically best friends.
As the month went on you started to develope feelings for Josh. I mean who couldn't. He was so nice, gentle, and handsome might I add. Josh was always staring at you when he thought you weren't looking and when you would look towards him he would quickly look away and blush. It was kind of cute to be honest. He would always compliment you and give you a big hug after the concerts. You spent more time with him then you had with your brother.
It was your last night and Josh and Tyler just went on stage to perform. Josh kept looking over at you smiling. Your heart seriously skipped a beat everytime he would smile making his eyes practically disappear.
It was time for Josh to do his backflip off of Tyler's piano during Holding Onto You. When he was heading back to his drums he kept eye contact with you and formed a heart with his hands.
"Josh stop flirting and play the drums." Tyler said once the song was over.
It seemed as if everyone in the crowd and backstage was laughing and cheering, but both you and Josh just blushed.
As the boys went out in the pit to play the last song Trees you couldn't help but get a little sad. This was your last night, last show, and last time seeing Josh. You had to be at the airport in a hours so there was no time to hang out with them after the show. You watched them through the confetti that fell from the ceiling. As they made their way off stage after bowing Josh had that smile on his face. He was running at you and before you could move out of his way he had you wrapped in a wet sweaty hug.
"Don't leave Y/N."
"Josh I don't want to but I have to. I have a 'life' back in New York that I have to go back to."
He let go of you and you held your chin so you were looking at each other.
"Oh my god Josh, just kiss her already." Tyler said walking up behind you two.
Josh leaned in and before you knew it your lips were moving together with his. Once you pulled away tears began to fill your eyes.
"I'm sorry, I knew I shouldn't have done that. Y/N don't hate me. I'm sorry."
"No Josh. I don't mind that you did that, but I have to go and I don't want to leave. Especially after that."
He smiled at you. "Then don't go. Y/N, stay with us and finish out the tour with us. Y/N I know we've only known each other for a month, but I can't help the feeling that I might be falling in love with you."
"Josh. I-I don't, I can't. I'm sorry, I have to go bye." You quickly turned away and started walking towards the exit where you saw your brother packing some cables away.
"Hey, Y/N what's wrong." He asked noticing the tears falling from your eyes. But you ignored him and kept walking to the bus to grab your bags. You called a cab to bring you to the airport. As you walked out of the bus you saw Josh just laying on the ground looking up at the sky. Although you didn't want to go over there and risk grewing more feeling for him, he was still your best friend. You layed down next to him and looked at the sky. The stars were out that night and the moon was beautiful.
"Y/N please don't leave. I need you."
"Josh-" he cut you off by kissing you again.
"Y/N I seriously love you. I have from the day I met you. You make me so happy and I smile everytime I see you. Y/N I know this isn't the right timing but will you be my girlfriend?"
That's when you saw the cab pull up in the distance.
"Yes Josh." You kissed and you both stood up.
"Are you still going to leave?"
"No. I'm going to stay right here with you because that's where I'm my happiest."
"I know this is soon too but I love you."
"It's not soon at all, I love you too Josh."
