Josh Dun imagine

You were standing at a window with your arms crossed peeking out of the blinds. The room was dimly lit, and no sun was shining through the windows. Rain was coming down outside, and hard. Every now and then a tree would smack against the glass and you would jump a little bit. It was around dinner time, and Josh was in the kitchen cooking dinner. You kept watch outside, thinking maybe if you kept staring you would start to get used to it. Suddenly the floor rumbled beneath you, you quickly turned around and darted to a chair in the corner of the other side of the room. Burying yourself beneath a blanket.
"Babe, babe?" Josh was calling out from the kitchen and his voice began to get closer. You refused to emerge from the blanket.
"Y/N, Y/N, where are you? Honey, are you okay?" Josh kept calling for you.
He noticed your hair peaking out from the top of the blanket, the left corner of his mouth turned up in a "you're ridiculous, but I love you," kind of way.
"Sweetie, it's okay," Josh walked over to you and pulled the blanket down off of your face slowly. He stroked your hair, cupped his hand on your cheek, and kissed your forehead.
"Josh, the house is shaking," you replied, similar to the house, shaking.
He put both of his hands on your arms, grabbing you in a strong but gentle grip and looked you in the eyes.
"baby, I know. But I'm making your favorite dinner, and soon this will all be over. Storms don't last forever," he kissed you on the forehead again.
You smiled and relaxed a little bit, taking a deep breath. He grabbed your hand, and helped you up from the chair.
"C'mon," he said, still leading you by the hand. The floor shook again, and your body tensed back up. He felt your grip on his hand tighten.
"Here come in here, look what I'm cooking, I'll talk through the recipe to distract you."
You walked into the kitchen, sat at the counter, and watched Josh's back as he flipped some food in the pan on the stove.
"So what I'm doing now is making sure it cooks evenly," he said.
You started laughing at his attempt to distract you, and also began realizing the ridiculousness of the whole situation.
"Welcome back, to cooking with Josh Dun," he said in a funny voice pretending like he had his own food channel show.
You stood up from the counter laughing, walked up behind him, and wrapped you arms around his chest, locking your fingers together in the front. Josh turned his head to the left slightly, to look at you and kiss you on the nose.
"Now, what I'm going to do. Is drizzle a bit of lemon juice on top. Be careful though! You don't want to over do it."
You giggled. Later that night after you both finished dinner, the rain began to calm down and soon stopped. You didn't even realize it stopped because you forgot it had even started. You both crawled into bed, puling the blankets up to your chins he flung his arm over you as you both laid on your sides. He planted a kiss on your bare shoulder, and whispered "I love you."
It started to rain again, but you didn't care. Josh pulled you closer and moved his thumb in little circles on your hand that was rested on the mattress.
"Sweet dreams, Y/N," Josh whispered
"Sweet dreams, Josh," you whispered back.
"and hey rain?" Josh asked, "go away."
