Hello. It is always nice to see young people like you have so much enthusiasm. Here's one thing I'd like to tell you: sometimes dreams change as you grow up.
You're very young right now, and have only just started to discover yourself. As you grow up, you'll find new things—new talents you didn't know you had.
My advice is to take your time. Don't overthink, because you might make a decision you'll regret later.
About telling the other friend about it: go ahead, but I think your best friend deserves to know first. If she says you want it because you want to meet celebrities, then you might want to explain that it isn't really the reason, beforehand.
