Advice Request
This person does not want to burden her coach.

Answered Submission
Hi there!

An eating disorder is not a light matter, and I would say, if he does ask, you should tell him the truth. Even if he doesn't directly ask you about it, you still should tell him the problem that you are experiencing.

I personally believe that he doesn't think his telling you all of these things will be a burden to him as he shows how much he cares already from the stories that you have told me. When we care about people, the only thing that matters is their happiness and well-being. He keeps on telling you that you can share whatever problems you have, and that is a good sign that shows he cares.

And don't worry about the advice being long. We are here to help, and the more detailed your requests are, the more understanding we have on the matter, so it is easier for us to help you.

I hope this helps. I wish you the best of luck, and I hope that your health problems get better!
