You should definitely end this. The moment a game of pretend starts to cross the line between reality and imagination is when things start to become harmful. As you said, you won't always be there, which would crush her, especially if she's seriously clinging on to the idea of you being this character. Not only that, it's also clearly hurting you, which is a big enough reason for you to put an end to this.

Talk to TJ, tell her you want to stop and explain to her why and how this hurts you. If she doesn't listen or tries to convince you of something else, simply stop responding to her in character until she realizes that you're serious about not wanting to continue. Keep your distance from her if she harrasses you. Be firm and don't allow her to use you the second you feel like she might be doing that.

Even if you don't like her that way, you have every right to have your feelings respected and not toyed with. Do your best to prevent her from continuing this and don't worry about disappointing her or anything like that since this is 100% your right.
