Hey there!
Do you know why you seem to be jealous when you see your friend and your best friend talking?
If your jealousy stems from the fact that you don't want to be 'third-wheeling,' if your friend does end up making a move on your best friend, or that you're slightly afraid that, if they do end up going out, it might be slightly awkward at first to your friendship, then of course it would seem unlikely that you have a crush on said friend, but instead are jealous because of the reasons that I have mentioned.
However, if your jealousy stems from the fact that you'd rather that the friend were crushing on you instead of your best friend, then I'd say that that is a hint of a little crush that you have.
Nevertheless, it is you, after all, who can evaluate your own feelings, and I can only help you so far. I suggest thinking about the main cause of your jealousy.
