As I took a seat on the last train to my district, I pulled out my phone. I press the power button, and to my surprise, nothing. I press the home button, and again nothing happened. I then held down the power button and it showed that it was completely dead. Muttering under my breath, "Dammit." I looked out the window as I waited for my stop. After a few minutes my eyes began to feel heavy.
Stay awake you little shit. No one is here to wake you when it's your stop.
Shaking myself awake, I miraculously didn't fall asleep for the rest of the trip. As soon as I pushed the apartment door shut behind me, I swiftly took off my shoes and ran into my room to charge my phone before I went to take a bath. When I got out, I could hear my phone buzzing from the bathroom.
'Jeez, I wonder what's going on with the group chat.' I thought to myself as I tossed my towel into the dirty basket once I removed it from my hair.
Turning on my phone, I saw that the group chat had blown up my phone:
Midoriya: Hey, Y/N, how are you doing? I haven't seen you since the attack.
Iida: Yes, I hope you are well.
Uraraka: I heard you defeated the beast that was at the attack...is it true?
Midoriya: I heard one of them call it a Nomu.
Uraraka: Is that what they called it? I saw it and it had superhuman strength...well, for how it looked it wasn't human...couldn't be.
Iida: I heard that some of the teachers had gotten hurt.
Uraraka: Really?! I only heard of Thirteen getting hurt.
Midoriya: That's terrible. I hope that Mr. Aizawa is okay since he was in the fight too.
I scrolled further down, past their conversation on little rumors that they had heard of.
Uraraka: We haven't heard back from you yet, Y/N, are you okay?
Iida: Yes, I'm starting to worry as well.
Midoriya: Yeah. Y/N, if you are seeing these, please respond. I am starting to worry too.
-One hour later-
Midoriya: Please, Y/N, be alright.
Uraraka: ...
Iida: Don't forget, guys, she is also a hero, so she may be working on files about the attack.
Midoriya: You do have a point...
Uraraka: Yeah...
I decided to text something to stop them from worrying any further.
Me: Hey guys, I'm alright. I just got caught up with stuff and had to take care of it.
Almost instantly two moving bubbles popped up, indicating that someone was typing.
Uraraka: Wonderful to hear that you are alright!
Midoriya: Yeah! What did you have to take care of? Or can you not say?
Me: I was taking care of the injured...well, I've had a long day so I'm going to bed. You guys should too... it's pretty late.
Midoriya: Right, good night.
Uraraka: Talk to you guys later, night.
I laid my phone down and rubbed the back of my neck as I yawned. Flopping down on top of my covers, I fell asleep before I could even crawl under them. When I awoke the next morning at eight o'clock, I was beyond tired, but I knew that I had to go to hospital and wait for my teacher to wake from his coma. I eventually gathered up enough ambition to get ready, and as I was, I saw my uniform from the day before in the corner still stained with blood.
