When we finished eating, I stood up and said, "Well, thank you for lunch."
Mic quickly said before I could take a step, "Are you sure you can't stay and chill for a while? Oh, or do you have patrolling to do?"
Aizawa practically responded for me, "If you'd look at her hand, she has a 'To do' list."
"I see. Well then, see you later." Mic said with a wave while Aizawa nodded his head once.
"Yeah, see you guys later. Hope you get better soon, Mr. Aizawa." I turned around just as I got an idea of a new quirk. "Wait, I just got an idea of a new quirk." I turned around again and asked, "Mind if I try it on you guys?" Mic raised an eyebrow. I nervously said, "I-it won't hurt you-"
I was interrupted by Aizawa saying, "That's fine, go ahead and try it. I'm interested to see what you have come up with."
While Mic added nervously, "I suppose, let's see what it is."
I went on to explain, "So, it's a way that I can speak to people without actually talking, kinda like a telepathy sort of thing. Anyway, when you speak, don't say anything out loud, just think of it as though you're speaking out loud, if that makes sense? Well, I'll start with you, Mic."
I looked over to him as he responded, "Alright, ready when you are then."
Nodding my head, I closed my eyes and concentrated on sending my voice waves directly to his brain without speaking out loud. "Can you hear me?"
He responded joyously, "Loud and clear!"
Opening my eyes with excitement, I looked over to my teacher. "Ready?" He nodded his head. I closed my eyes again and concentrated. "How about you? Can you hear me?"
I received another response. "Yeah."
I then open my eyes and said, "Now I'll try both of you at the same time." I closed my eyes again, though this time it took a few more seconds to get it to work, "Can you both hear me?"
I suddenly heard two voices, with Mics being first, "Wow, Y/N, it's amazing how fast you can control a new quirk."
"Yeah." Aizawa added.
I opened my eyes again and said out loud, "Thank you very much for letting me try this new quirk on you guys."
Mic said with a smile while Aizawa just sat there, "No problem!"
Turning towards the door, I said before leaving, "Well then, see you guys around."
Aizawa tried to nod his head once while Mic replied, "Have a safe trip home."
As I stepped onto the elevator, the voice in my head appeared.
Aren't you going to kill yourself? Go to the top floor and jump.
Yes.
Jump.
Jump!
JUMP!
JUMP!
JUMP!!!
I pressed the button to go to the roof without thinking. The doors opened and only then did I realized that I wasn't on the first floor. I walked out and made my way to the roof. Walking around for a bit, I searched for a spot as to where I wanted to jump. Once I found it, I stood behind the railing for a bit before climbing over and holding onto the railing until I thought it was the time.
Do it!
Jump!
JUMP!
JUMP NOW!
