Heroes Need Saving Too (BNHAxReader)

Chapter 62: Victory

"There you are, Y/N. I thought that I lost you back there." Midoriya said, sounding worn out and winded.

"Nope, it'll take more than two puny bullets to take this girl out." I responded, trying to sound confident.

We ran until we made it to the roof, where a helicopter was waiting for the villain to arrive along with Dave. Just as we made it there, we saw the evil doer put the injured professor onto the helicopter.

Midoriya leaned on the door frame of the door to the roof and yelled to the villain, "Stop and give the professor back, right now!"

The villain replied in a petty tone, "What, are you going to bring this man back for his crimes?

"Of course not! I'm here to rescue David Shield from the likes of you!" Midoriya yelled back.

"Even though he's a criminal?"

Midoriya got angry, "Just watch, I'll save everyone on this island!"

The villain said in a snooty manner, "It doesn't look like it."

"I am! Just you watch!" Just as Midoriya finished saying that, the villain raised his gun again towards David.

"Run away!" Dave yelled to Midoriya and I, but as soon as he did, the villain used his quirk and brought up a pillar of metal, which Midoriya got hit by it. I used a flying quirk to fly myself towards him to save him, but before I could reach him, he already saved himself. He jumped off the one that hit him and went flying. The villain summoned more to try and stop Midoriya but he kept on dodging them. In the meantime that we were sidetracked with the pillars, the team of villains tried to make their escape with the helicopter. I flew towards it with great speed, but Midoriya passed me and got to the helicopter before I could. He climbed onto it and held on for dear life to try and save Dave. I joined Midoriya and held onto him so then he wouldn't fall back without having David in his grasp.

"I get it, you act like a hero, but you're an idiot too!" The villain said before he pulled out the gun again, but this time he aimed it at Midoriya and tried to shoot him.

Out of his reflexes he let go of the helicopter and began to fall. I held onto him with one hand while I held onto the helicopter with the other. Once the villain realized that I was still on, he tried to shoot me too. Out of the five shots he was only able to hit me once, which was in the shoulder that happened to be the arm that I was holding onto the helicopter with. I gritted my teeth through the pain and held on as tight as I could to the helicopter.

"Do you feel no pain?" the villain asked in a confused tone.

With a psychotic smile I replied, "Oh, I feel it loud and clear; I just don't want to die by the likes of you."

He raised his gun again towards me and landed a hit that just nicked the side of my neck. Since it was so close to an artery, out of reflexes I accidentally let go of Midoriya and grasped the bleeding scrape. I let go of the helicopter and flew toward him to catch him before he hit the ground, and I did just in time. Since we were so close to the ground, I went down and let go of him. As I did, Melissa ran over to us. I could see that she was about to say something, but before she could say anything, All Might arrived and jetted himself up towards the helicopter, hitting it and taking Dave. When he landed on the roof with him, the helicopter blew up. Melissa, Midoriya, and I ran to All Might and Dave, who was sitting down.

"Everything will be alright now." All Might said.

I kneeled next to Dave and looked at his wounds before asking, "I'm going to heal your wounds, if that's alright with you." He nodded his head.

I then went to work, but before I could actually start anything, the villain came back and used his quirk to hit All Might with a column of metal and stole Dave away from us. We watched as All Might got up and zoomed towards the villain who was now wearing the device that Dave created. All Might tried to punch him but the villain stopped him before he could make any progress. The villain then used his quirk to gather more metal that was in his near surroundings, which floated up towards him.
