As the days went on, my hearing came back a little later than what was planned, but at least it came back fully. A couple weeks passed and nothing really happened, but then one Friday I was told to head to the apartment first since the teachers had a meeting after school. I was going to teleport back, but I wanted to stop at the mall. Once I got there, it was so busy that I said heck with it and skipped going to it. When I got back to the apartment Melody greeted me at the door.

"Sorry I took so long to get back; I sort of had to walk. I'll feed you as soon as I get my shoes off." I said to the cute fluff ball.

I watched her walk up the stairs as I began to remove my other shoe. Once they were both off, I joined her upstairs and met her in my room. I dropped my bag off by the door as I noticed that she was waiting patiently next to her bowl. I took a scoop of cat food and dumped it into her bowl before changing into an Andy Biersack T-shirt and dark blue skinny jeans. I debated on throwing on a zip up jacket or wearing my usual sweatpants and hoodie, but I was on fire for some reason though people were dressed like it was freezing cold out. Well, I do run at a higher temperature so I overheat easily so I'm practically immune to the cold. Anyways, I was practically sweating which didn't help that the heat was on though it was on low.

I went down to the kitchen and found the ice tray before emptying it into a cup and refilling it while I popped an ice cube into my mouth. I put the tray back into the freezer before taking the cup with me as I left the kitchen. As I did, I noticed how dirty the floor was, so I generated a broom and began to sweep. As I got to the corner that I was going to start in, I ran up to my room to grab my phone and earbuds. When I made it back to the broom and had my music playing; I began to sort of dance around as I swept the floor. I mean, so you know how hard it is to not dance to the song Adderall by Max Frost or "99" by Barns Courtney? Hard, it's very hard. When I finished just the dining room and the kitchen, I already had to sweep up the pile.

As I began to sweep the living room side, I started my Twenty One Pilots playlist. Now that one, if those were the songs that were to play during a try not to sing contest, I would fail within the first millisecond. I mean, I could sing every single song by heart; word for word. Also, do you know how hard it is to sweep while you're jumping around to Jumpsuit? That too is very hard, but it's a good thing that Ruby played after that so I was able to finally start making progress with the job. When I made it to the back of the sofa, I saw something out of the corner of my eye that caught me off guard. I readied myself in a fighting stance with the broom as my weapon. I then became more relaxed upon seeing that it was just Aizawa and Yamada.

I dropped the broom down to the floor instead of holding it like a sphere and paused my music as I pulled out my earbuds. "I'm almost done sweeping, I'll be out of your way in a couple minutes."

Yamada placed a good size box on the table as he said, "I forgot how well you can sing. You should do it more often."

I mumbled as I began sweeping again, "Not like it's any good."

"Hmm?" he hummed as Aizawa walked towards their room.

"Nothing." I said.

As he too walked towards their room, he asked, "Aren't you cold? You're not wearing sleeves and sweatpants like you usually do."

"I'm on fire." I then grumbled a little, "Crap, I bet my ice cubes melted."

"Huh?" he asked as he put his hand on the doorknob.

I sighed as I kept on sweeping, "I was eating ice cubes since that tends to help me cool down."

"Didn't you eat supper yet?"

"No...I'm too hot. I swear I'm sweating." I complained.

He asked, "Well, I'll make something then and see if I can make it cold...but how could you be on fire? It's starting to get cold outside."
