I knew that there wasn't going to be school the next day, so I didn't bother setting an alarm. I was still on my stomach since my back still hurt. I tried to move to the edge of the bed to look down at Eri, but I couldn't move. I started to get worried that something happened to my back and caused me to lose mobility. I tried to move my hand to my back to heal it, but not even my arm could move. "Hey, Eri? You up?" I asked quietly. I then heard a little rustling before she stood up and looked to me with a sad expression. "Good morning." I smiled, "Could you please go down stairs and send either Aizawa or Yamada up here? Wait down there until I come down, alright?"
"Okay." she said in a sad tone before turning around and doing what I asked.
A minute or so later Yamada made it to the loft of my room. I couldn't move my head much, but I was able to see him out of the corner of my eye. "Hey, I was wondering if you could move my arm so then my hand is in the center of my back, please."
He then walked towards me and did that as he asked, "Sure, but why?"
"Well, at one point Midoriya punched or kicked my back. I was going to heal it before I went back to bed, but I was too tired and sort of procrastinated. Now I can't move." I explained.
As he got my hand positioned in the middle of my back he asked in a worried tone, "Wait, are you paralyzed?"
"Not for long." I said as I activated the healing quirk, "I could have healed my back without concentrating it through my hand, but since I need to pinpoint it and heal a specific spot, I couldn't just do it throughout my whole being."
"Are you sure you're going to be alright?" he asked as he carried the same tone as before.
I smirked, "You're still able to speak, right? Aizawa's still around, right? I think I'll be just fine."
"Still, you never know if something could happen." There was silence for a couple minutes before I finished healing myself and sat up to stretch. As I did, just about every joint popped, making him cringe at how many were making noise. "Are you okay? It sounds like you broke every bone in your body." he said.
I stood up as more joints continued to pop, "Well, if I did then I wouldn't be able to stand. I feel just fine now...though I should really put some ice on this black eye; it's quite swollen."
I started to walk towards the staircase, which he then followed me as he said, "There should be some ice packs in the freezer. You'll have to wrap it in a towel though."
"Okay." I said before asking, "Is Aizawa still here or is he off dealing with the aftermath of last night's intruder."
He sighed as he made it to the stairs, "Yeah, he left to go to the agency to see what's up with the criminal, then he has a meeting with Nezu and the other teachers. I have to go too but that isn't until four, so I still have plenty of time before I have to get ready."
I looked at my phone to see what time it was and it showed that it was a little past ten in the morning. "Have fun with that." I said as I put my phone back into my pocket.
"You guys call them meetings, I call them nap time." he said before mumbling, "I hate meetings, they're so boring."
I scoffed, "Alright, Aizawa." I said before adding, "I agree though." then took a seat next to Eri and asked, "You alright?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." she said quietly.
"I don't think you are."
She looked to me as tears started to fall from her cheeks, "It was my fault! They were after me!"
Though I was uncomfortable, I took her in a hug as I said in a soft tone, "There was only one person and they were using a quirk that made others look like the criminal. It was an illusion and nothing more. I'm sure that the criminals intentions were to just see everyone turn on one another and nothing more, otherwise they would have fought everyone on their own."
