Goodbye, Brother

Haruka's POV

I feel something hit my head and someone calling my name. I opened up my eyelids to see the teacher tapping her feet while watching me with her furious eye. Ohh, that's right. I've been caught sleeping in class. Yesterday activity has worn me out even my sleep last night isn't enough to keep my eyes open this morning.

"How's your sleep, Kanou-san?" The teacher asked me. I fixed my position. How can I even sleep in class? I've never slept in class in my life before. I sighed before apologizing to her. Stupid me for sleeping in class even though my seat is at the front. Such shameful display. 

"I'm very sorry for sleeping in your class, sensei." I earned some chuckles from my classmate. I decided to stay calm. I can't be angry. It's my mistake after all. The teacher turned around then continued the class.

When the class ended, I earned a scolding from my teacher. I shut myself. I can't be stupid enough to be rude towards the teacher. After a half an hour, I was excused. I walk along the corridor of the school, it's quiet. Oh,I forgot. The school already ended. Remembering the work today, I sigh once again. When will I'll get enough sleep?

I slide the class door and grab my school bag. I fix my hair and uniform before heading out. I could hear someone walking from the distance but I don't want to give a damn about it..

"Looks like the sleeping cow has awakened." A voice greeted me from behind. I clench my fist. It's that red-head boy again. I turned around with a smile, hiding my anger. 

'After calling me drunk woman, now I get a new nickname from him. Nice.'

I opened up my bag to reach for something. After I felt the thing I've been looking for, I pull it out. It's Akashi's scissors. It's broken though. Well, I broke it but I don't wanna admit my crime.

"Thank you, Akashi-san. I appreciated you for telling me the obvious thing." I say while giving his scissors back. "Here's your scissors. I'm sorry it broke because I fell down from my bike." What kind of lie have I think off?

He stare the scissors on my palm before smirking. "I don't need that trash."

"Oh, really? Then I should throw it away." I turn my heels around and throw the scissors outside through an open window. I guess it lands somewhere in the bushes down there. There are five more steps until I reach the school's gate but then I remember that there's club activity today. Arghh, seriously? I'm really tired today. Well, I can't skip the club activity because I have promised Satsuki to help her with the team.

"You're late." Akashi greeted me as soon as I walked in. 

"5 laps." He crossed his arms.

"Hah? Please no!" My eye twitch slightly. I'm already dead tired and I have to use more of my energy for runs?
