I kind of had an idea on placing a Secret Ending into this so that the following volumes, things will be really interesting with cliffhangers, plot twists, and many more. *Hits gong real hard that it caught on fire*
Me: Okay, now it's the time to PANIC!!!!! (Waving my hands while running while looking for a fire extinguisher)
Time: night (12.30am)
Location: Courtyard, Beacon Academy
My POV:
It was 12:30am on my scroll as I was about to rap up my Private Training that I always do at the stroke of midnight. The night sky was shimmering with stars with a shattered moon and the cool breeze blew at me as I end my training for the Vytal Featival which is coming up in a few weeks time. I sighed as I looked at Beacon Tower.
Me: (sighs) Nothing like a good breezy night to do training. Man, wish it would always be like this. Well, time to go to bed now.
I placed my weapon at my back as I started to leave the courtyard to my Dorm room to have a good nights rest. As I walked, I heard a soft whisper calling out my name.
???: Shadow.... shadow....
I stopped at my tracks as I swiftly turn around to look behind me to see no one behind.
Me: Bah! Could be Cardin and his Team's trickery once again.
I assumed that it was Cardin and his Team that was calling out to me but, that proved to be the opposite as the same voice called out to me, but this time, it was a woman's voice.
???: shadow.... shadow....
This time, I had enough and drew Parablade and conjoured an ice sword out.
Me: Okay, bub! ENOUGH GAMES, Identify yourself! Cardin, you out there?! You and your team should knock it off as this isn't funny!! Ruby?! Is that you?!
While I was looking around my surroundings in a paranoid way, I suddenly heard the voice giggle, much to my surprise, and to my big surprise, it was a girl's voice too.
???: (giggling) Come on, Shadow... you would never forget about your childhood friend now do you? Me and the other three met you before, remember?
Me: (puzzled look) Huh? Okay, now hold on, tran you're not making sense here. Why talk about my childhood friend when she is still on her missioooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuwwwhhhhaaaaaaaat!?!?! (Dumbfounded look on my face)
???: (giggling) you're dumbfounded look always makes me laugh when you were 6, shadow.
Me: Wait, Amber! Is that you?
Amber: Yes, it's me. Sorry I gave you a little suspicion about those bullies and that friend of yours. But there's no time as to know how I'm doing this now. We have to hurry!
I was shocked to hear Amber's voice. But when she said that there is no time to explain and hurry, that made me worry.
Me: Wait, wh-what's going on?! Why hurry?
Amber: I will explain along the way. Right now, head to Beacon Tower and take the elevator.
Me: (Feeling a little bit suspicious) Why?
Amber: ... Because I want to tell you the truth on something to where I've been this whole time.
