So I just found out YouTube has no way to shut off the auto-pausing "are you still watching" feature.
This is honestly so fuking dumb.
And it does this every 30 minutes, counting ad times, I'm pretty sure. So if you're napping and want background or just trying to listen to music while your hands are messy from making food, you're stuck with the auto-pauses. And say you get a 20 minute long ad, then you can only watch 10 minutes of videos before it asks again if you hadn't touched it in a while.
I just want to relax to abitlate while napping, and it's hard to do when it keeps stopping to ask that for...for what!?
As far as I can tell, not even YT Premium disables it, so it's not even to get people to pay for it!
What is the point of the Are You Still Watching!? Who actually finds it useful!? I haven't seen anyone who actually finds this useful!
