This is more of a "OMFG, I WANT!!!" rant
Some people are saying that the people who made the Hades game should make one where Baldr is trying to escape Helheim.
Hopefully have some doggo stuff, too, since there's a wolf guarding Helheim's gates, Garmr. Give him pets like Zag does for Cerberus. Maybe even giving him treats or something could prevent him from signaling the start of Ragnarok? Since, in myth, that's what his job is, before his destiny is to be killed by Tyr the same time he kills Tyr.
Like, Baldr wants to prevent Ragnarok, and Loki could quite possibly be an antagonist for this since he's the reason Baldur not only went to Hel, but might even be the reason he's stuck there.
Imagine getting help from other Norse gods. They want to prevent Ragnarok, too. Odin most of all.
So imagine getting healing help from Frey, you can meet some Dwarven blacksmiths to upgrade your weapons, Thor can give you electrical powers, perhaps you can have a "Steads call" summon from Odin where Sleipnier can be called to run through and ram enemies?
Hel won't really be a villain in this. After all, she DID offer to let him go if everything and everyone said they wanted Baldr back. So maybe Baldr makes his own deal that if he can ever make it out, then he gets to leave. Since she isn't a really "Once they gone, they GONE! No ifs, ands, or buts!" Like Hades, she's neither entirely good or entirely bad. Just an underrated deity of death who takes care of basically afterlife residency, even threw a party in Baldr's welcoming.
Hopefully, after Hades 2, their next game will be somewhat like this. Since they do seem to be going where basically the good business is, and there's good business in Myth media.
On the topic of H2, some people are saying this might take place years after Zag got his parents got together, and hope that he'll make an appearance but older now.
Like, he and Melinoe may cross paths. Since while he's going up since it's his job by the end of the main story, Melinoe is going down. So would be nice where you could bump into him occasionally. Like how in the first game, you do so with Sisyphus and Patroclus and such. So imagine just running into an older Zag at a certain level, maybe even get a cathonic companion from him? Or a charm?
