Chapter 187:

"I think she noticed that we are keeping something from her especially since she asked for Kyle before telling those statements,"

"She asked for Kyle? What did she ask?"

Ice asked them, Prince Xerxes and Drax looked at him before looking at the Royal Physician and butler who were with her the afternoon. Both of them looked at each other first before the butler speak.

"Lady Allerie asked if Sir Kyle was really busy. I answered her that he was busy but then she told me not to lie. She asked us again and we both nodded before she stopped asking about him,"

The butler told them about what happened earlier since it was already evening and she advised both of them to guard her door and don't let anyone come in or she would get mad at them. They stopped them from meeting her since the Royal Physician was worried that her getting stressed would make her give birth early or be forced because of stress so he stopped them from seeing her.

"She didn't ask anymore after that?"

"Yes, Your Highness,"

The Royal Physician answered Prince Xerxes since he knew that she had already caught up and that they were keeping something from her. Prince Xerxes sighed because he knew that they would get prepared for her to question them about Kyle.

"Your Highness, are we going to tell her if she asked or confronted us?"

Ice asked as he looked at Prince Xerxes while Drax was also silent thinking, the Royal Physician and the butler were silent waiting for his response to Ice's question. They were all bothered when she said that she wanted to see them all in the morning.

"We can tell that he is not here but definitely not that Kyle went to that mountain. We will answer her if she asks and ask for forgiveness for keeping a secret to her,"

"That's the best solution but I am afraid that she might take it negatively and not talk to us,"

Drax commented so they all looked at him since he had a point and they knew how stubborn she was even the prince was not able to be exempted. They all stayed silent and looked bothered since they really needed to comfort her or make her feel okay even if they answered her. 

"We can just hope that Vin and Kyle will arrive tomorrow before breakfast and we will worry about it,"

Prince Xerxes said, it had been a day since they received Vin's letter but then he also thought that they might arrive on time if they departed as soon as Kyle woke up since Vin just mentioned that Kyle was sleeping after being treated.

"That might be great if they could get here before breakfast time but if not then we might as well prepare for not being seeing her or talking with her,"

Drax commented while Ice nodded that he agreed with him. Prince Xerxes remained silent while thinking that they would really need to prepare for her cold treatment.

"If they can't come here before breakfast then we will proceed to tell her that Kyle is not here and working at the capital so don't ever mention that he went to look for magic stones, alright?"

"Yes, Your Highness,"

They all said while Drax just nodded since he was still not okay with giving him respect as a Prince but he respected him as Allerie's mate and aside from that one of the strongest mates that she had before him. They dispersed after the short meeting about tomorrow as the Royal Physician went back to her room to be there any time she might feel in labor since she frequently felt a pang of pain but it was just a sign that she was giving birth any time soon.
