Scott and Mitch laid together, both of then breathing heavily beside each other.

"So, when are your parents coming home"? Scott asked.

Mitch shrugged. "They said 'late', so...."

Scott nodded and picked his phone up from off the ground. He checked his messages.

He had two from his mom and two from his dad.

4:45 pm
Mom: where are you?

4:56 pm
Mom: I have no problem with you being with a friend but I need you to text me.

4:30 pm
Dad: why didn't you come home?

4:45 pm
Dad: are you with someone? Pls text us.

Scott groaned and texted back to both of them with the same text.

5:15 pm
From: Scott
To: Mom and Dad
I'm with a friend and we're studying, I'll be home late. Love you!

Mitch looked at Scott as Scott set his phone back down. "Who was that"?

"Just my parents wondering where I am. I told them I was studying and that I'd be home late". Scott answered.

Mitch smirked. "Studying"?

Scott rolled his eyes but smiled, he rolled over on his side and propped himself up on his hand, so that he was looking at Mitch. 

"Hey"? Scott said, causing Mitch to look at him again.

"Yeah"?

"If that Chris guy, gives you anymore trouble, promise to tell me". Scott said.

Mitch smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I promise".

Scott smiled as well. "Good, I don't want my baby getting hurt".

Mitch giggled as Scott leaned over to peck his cheek playfully.

As Scott pulled away, Mitch pulled Scott in for a kiss.

Mitch smiling into the kiss.

Suddenly, they both heard the front doors open and the voice of Mitch's mother.

"Mitch? Are you home"? She called.

Mitch pushed Scott away immediately and told him to get under the bed.

"Yeah, I'm here mom". Mitch called back.

Mitch got out of bed and stuck his head under his bed. "Stay here, I'll be right back". Mitch whispered to Scott.

Scott nodded his head and just laid under the bed as Mitch went to talk to his mom.
