Scott and Mitch walked into their house, Scott slamming the door shut behind them.

Mitch turned around, "Alright, tell me what happened. We don't keep secrets. You know that."

They had argued the whole way home, screaming at each other, yelling.

"Of course I fucking know that. Mitch, you're being completely ridiculous. You ignored me the whole day. This shit is pointless, what happened was stupid and not worth a fucking fight."

"Then tell me. Fucking tell me. You have no idea how frustrating it is, being told something happened and then not being told what it is that happened."

"Mitch. It's not. Important."

"It obviously is because you don't want to tell me. I'm your boyfriend, soon to be husband, and you have no idea how much it hurts knowing you don't think you can tell me stuff. Just tell me, Scott."

"And you have no idea how much you're pissing me off."

Mitch shook his head, "You're so childish."

"Oh am I?! You're the one who ignored me all day."

"I ignored you because if I talked to you, I would've yelled at you. I'm absolutely pissed at you, I can't stand you right now."

"I didn't do shit. You're being absolutely idiotic right now."

"Oh, am I stupid now? I fuckin hate you right now, you have no idea how annoyed I am. No idea how frustrated, and beyond upset I am."

Scott shook his head, walking past him, "I can't do this with you right now."

"Scott." Mitch said, his voice cracking, "Please. Please just tell me. I'm so- I don't know. Please."

Scott turned around, running a hand over his face, "This is a stupid argument."

"I know. Fuck I know. But please, you have me worried about you, pissed at you, angry, and I don't know why but sad. God, please, tell me."

"Mitch, I just can't talk right now. I'll talk later but I'm way too pissed to talk."

"Scott, please don't walk away."

"Mitch. No, I'm going upstairs. You calm down, I'll calm down. We'll talk later."

"Scott." Mitch called after him as Scott walked up the stairs.

Mitch took a deep breath, letting out a shaky breath, "Scott," he whispered, "Scott," he repeated.

Mitch shook his head, tearing up. He was on edge, angry and sad. Frustrated. He couldn't think straight. They've been keeping secrets a lately. Not wanting to talk to each other.

Mitch felt like they were never honest and would only tell each other things when they caught each other.

But Mitch also knew part of that wasn't true, Mitch knew that since he was upset, his mind was feeding him lies, his mind was trying to make him more upset.

Mitch slowly walked towards his and Scott's bedroom, opening the door and closing it behind him.

He walked over to the bed and laid down on his back, hands laying on top of his stomach.

He looked up at the ceiling, seeing pictures of him and Scott taped up there, something Scott did when they started dating and didn't see Mitch the whole summer. Scott now keeps them up, saying 'it gives me peace when you aren't there and I'm feeling down'. Mitch decided that day that was the most precious thing ever.

Mitch smiled to himself as he looked up at them. They were all clumped together, side by side, as close as possible. There had to be at least eighty up there.

Scott had added the picture he took of Mitch at the fair, on top the ferris wheel.

It took Mitch looking at those photos to realize how stupid the two were being, it took only looking at those photos to calm him down.

Although, he was sure Scott still needed space, time to clear his head and calm down.

That was, until Scott walked into the room, walking up to the bed and laying down beside Mitch in the same manner Mitch was.

Scott looked up at the photos, "I usually look at the pictures to calm me down," he whispered.

Mitch nodded, looking at Scott before looking back up at the photos, "That's okay," he whispered.
