Mitch sighed and looked down. He just wanted to have a lunch date with his boyfriend, was that really too much to ask?

Scott reached across the table to touch Mitch's arm and grab his attention. Mitch looked up. "It'll be just fine baby, just ignore him, okay". Scott said.

Mitch nodded. "Okay".

Tori walked back to their table and set down two cokes. "Are you ready to order"? She asked.

Scott smiled. "Not just yet".

Tori nodded. "That's okay, I'll come back in five".

Mitch and Scott nodded as Tori walked away.

Scott opened his menu back up and began searching for something to eat, Mitch doing the same.

Chris walked past their table and 'accidentally' knocked Mitch's drink over, spilling it all over Mitch.

Chris gasped. "Oh no, I'm so sorry". He said sarcastically.

Scott clenched his jaw. "I'm giving you a chance to leave, right now". He growled. (A/N Alpha, Beta, Omega tease)

Chris held his hands up in surrender. "Sorry dude, it was an accident".

Scott stood from the table, abruptly, now face to face with Chris. "It was no damn accident and you know it. Go back to school and leave us the hell alone".

Chris laughed but walked out of the cafe anyway.

Scott sat back down and sighed.

"I'm gonna go clean myself off". Mitch said, on the verge of tears.

Scott looked up at Mitch just as a tear made it's way down Mitch's face. Scott pouted and reached his hand up to wipe it away.

"Be quick, Love". Scott replied.

Mitch nodded and slipped out of the booth to go to the bathroom.

Tori came back with a kitchen towel and started to wipe down the side of the booth Mitch sat on.

"I'm sorry that happened". She said, sympathetic.

Scott shook his head. "It's okay".

Tori stood and frowned. "No it's not, that boy was so sad after that nasty jock spilt coke all over him".

Scott shook his head and looked down, not saying anything.

Mitch slid back into the booth then and looked at Scott and Tori. "What's going on"? He asked.

Tori smiled. "Just waiting for you to come back so I can take your order".

Mitch smiled and told Tori what he wanted.

Tori then looked to Scott and raised an eyebrow. Scott looked up. "I'll have the same". He told her.

When Tori walked away Mitch looked to Scott, confused. "What's wrong, baby"?

Scott shook his head and put on a smile. "Nothing, baby boy".

Mitch nodded and let it go, knowing Scott will tell him when he needs to.
