Mitch and Scott walked into the livingroom.

Mitch sat down in front of his dad, pulling on Scott's arm to sit beside him.

"Okay," Mike started, "I know you two love each other. I can see it in your eyes. And, Mitch, you know how much I love you and just because you had sex doesn't change the way I see you. You just came out a few months ago and I'm still getting use to it. I really don't want to seem like I'm pressuring you. I'll support you through anything and everything, I hope you know that".

Mitch's bottle lip wobbled and he lunged forward at his father, falling into his arms. "Thank you so so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you". Mitch said into his dad's shoulder.

Mike smiled and hugged Mitch, tight. "I'm sorry I pushed you to tell me".

Mitch pulled away and sat back down beside Scott, wiping his eyes.

Scott looked at Mitch and pouted, wiping a few stray tears Mitch had missed.

Mitch sniffed and looked at Scott. "Did you hear that"? He asked.

Scott smiled and nodded. "I did, Love". Then he looked at Mike. "But there's something you should know".

"What's that"?

"Umm... we've actually been together since near the end of freshman year. And Mitchy was just too scared to say anything and I didn't want to rush him so we just kept it a secret".

Mike furrowed his brows and looked at Mitch, who was biting his lip and playing with his hands. "Why didn't you tell me. I wouldn't have had a problem with it".

Mitch shrugged and looked up. "I'm sorry". He whispered.

Mike shook his head. "Don't be sorry. Just know you can tell me anything".

Mitch nodded his head. "Okay".

"You don't have to keep this a secret anymore. Nel and I both support you".

Mitch smiled and pulled Scott into a hug, Scott was surprised at first but hugged back.

"Awwww". Nel said aloud, making the two boys pull away and smile at her.

They laughed together, making Mike smile.

"Y'all are cute together. I see what Nel was talking about".  Mike said.

Mitch smiled. "Thank you".

Scott smiled and kissed Mitch's temple. "I love you". He said.

Mitch blushed. "I love you too".
