So, yesterday season 5 came out, and I didn't watch it (because I'm scared), but THIS PHOTO I GOT IS LEGENDARY!!!

This one-shot is sort of a "let loose and do what you want" one

[Kaminari's POV]

Kirishima definitely looked off.

I could tell with one glance at the pout he war on his face, eyebrows furrowed in deep thought. 

Surprisingly, I hadn't seen that expression on him for some time! Well, not since Midoriya came back from the Hosu City incident. 

Whatever was bothering him, however, I was determined to make him feel better. I plop down next to the vacant space beside him on the couch, allowing the impact to make me bounce. As weird as it sounded, I like doing that!

"Kiriiiii why the long face?" I turn my head to face him, nudging gently at his side. Kirishima's eyes, however, were boring straight through the carpet, jaw firmly set as his head perched atop his hand. 

Exasperated, he sighs, still not looking at me. "There's a lot of stuff on my mind," he mumbles, his words slightly slurred and jumbled due to his tiredness. Whatever was hurting him must be bad to make him that upset! I haven't seen him like this in all my lide!

"Is it anything to do with hero work?" My initial thought was that Kirishima was still upset over the whole kidnapping incident. I've done what I could for everyone, to keep their hopes up, now that All Might had retired. Maybe Kirishima was worried about losing Bakugo again? Or maybe because he wasn't good enough to prevent what had happened from happening? Kirishima is one to overthink sometimes!

I was surprised, however, when he shook his head firmly hiding his face away from me. His behaviour is so odd! But I could tell he didn't want to talk about it, so I don't push any further.

Besides, I came here to cheer him up!

And I think I know exactly how I'm going to do that!

"Well, there's this new amusement park, not too far from here, that I thought we could go to! I mean, obviously we have to take a train there and everything but it's not too late to go now! You in, bro?" I didn't miss his flinch when I'd finished but he smiles weakly at me, nodding his head before getting up.

"Let me get a few things and we can get going," he says through his smile, releasing a breath before jogging to his room, leaving me alone.

He needs to let loose a little! I could tell something is stressing him out and, maybe, going to the amusement park would help him have fun! Feel free!

Well, so long as he goes on all the rides with me!

I grab his arm as I drag him to the station. He hardly kept up with me, which is why I had to continuously tug on his arm to make him move. Sometimes I feared I'd dislocate his shoulder with how hard I'd yanked at it!

We had to wait around for a bit, since the next train was in about 15 minutes, so I thought about getting Kirishima a coffee. I was more of a tea person though! I try to keep my energy higher than usual to compensate for the energy Kirishima didn't have. I wasn't accusing him for not having it but it's a little weird, seeing him so silent.

He tried to pay but I had beaten him to it, the small deduction from my credit card somehow giving me a sense of pride. That I had bought it for him instead of letting him pay for me like usual!
