"What do you think of the quiz?" Jungkook questioned, poking my elbow as I was ignoring him. The three of us were seated around the coffee table, which had four, separate white sofas, two on each side. Jungkook had pushed a sofa towards me to sit beside me which I find bothersome. He was meant to sit between me and Nari to help us both but since he's built a bit special, he didn't.

I was sitting next to Nari, looking tiredly at the screen as she was doing the quiz. I already finished it and it took more than an hour. I wanted to speed-run the questions since it was getting boring but I didn't since Jungkook will nag. I hate how he acts as nothing had happened between us.

"Oi, answer me." He said, grabbing on my arm and squishing it, giving this weird feeling. I scowled at him, turning over to glare at him and he cowered down in fear, pouting.

"Can't you see I'm trying to concentrate on the screen- on what Nari's doing?" I spat, angrily looking at him and he pull a duck face.

"You don't need to concentrate on my screen." Nari piped up and I turned to look at her in disbelief as she had her eyes on the screen, instead of on me.

Is this girl agreeing with Jungkook? Tch... the audacity bro.

"You can go ahead and flirt with your boyfriend. I won't interrupt." She said, pushing her hair back and I push my lips together, wondering if I should slap her or not.

"Exactly." Jungkook agreed and I turned to look at him. He was smiling childishly and I rolled my eyes, clenching my jaw.

"Can you not act like this?" I asked him, giving him an icy stare and he pouted. "I don't get what you're trying to do- do you want me to forgive you or something?"

"Yeah..." He mumbled, wrinkling his nose as he intertwine his fingers together as he drop his head down. "I already bought you a new phone... a better one."

"I don't care if is better, you still broke my last phone." I chided, drifting my gaze back to the screen as I watch Nari answering each of the questions through rapid clicks.

I heard him sigh in irritation as he decided to stop bugging me and fiddle with something instead.

This is good... now I can contemplate about different things... such as what am I going to do with my life if this school doesn't start any sooner. I swear, I'm forgetting all the important math formulas I spent memorising for weeks. During my high school years, I've spent lots of time learning math formulas because I'm not exactly fantastic at it.

"How old are you Y/N?" Nari questioned, scrolling down through the question and I raised an eyebrow.

"I'm 15. Turning 16 soon." I answered. "Why?" I questioned, curious why she asked.

She shakes her head, as though there wasn't a reason, passing me an enigmatic smile. "Oh, you just look young, I mistook you for a high schooler." She answers, furrowing her eyebrows.

"Oh, you're not wrong," I replied, forcing a smile as I wasn't sure how to express myself. "You're very fastidious." Nari gave me another ambiguous smile as she hovered her gaze back towards the screen, giving off a cogitating vibe.

"If you're that smart, why didn't you move to another more prestigious and well-known school instead of this trash school?" She inquired, her face close to the screen as she was crouching down.

"I don't think this school is that trash... I'm just really behind on my studies but I can keep up." I murmured in a diffident tone as I was unsure.
