I sat on the end of the bed as I waited for Khadi to finish showering. After 30 minutes she finally came out of the bathroom and laid in bed without a word.
I slipped under the covers next to her before wrapping my arms around her. "I'm sorry," I whispered "yea I know. Avery this wasn't a small thing, this was the difference of bringing a child into the world," she said.
"I know I screwed up but I'm sorry it was a mistake," I whined "a big mistake that could've made us parents," she said, turning to me.
"Why are you so against it? Why don't you wanna have a kid with me?" I asked "Avery you know that's not what I meant, you know we both agreed that we wanted to have them in a few years," she said.
"So what are you gonna do?" I asked "I'm gonna take a morning after pill," she answered.
