This is, if not, the worst pair to have.
Both harm their darling both physically and mentally and given that they are working together is going to be even worse than if it was just one of them.
This pair is definitely one of the few that breaks their darling will also meaning to.
Out of the two cutthroat is much sweeter to their darling but that doesn't mean their darling should relax around him.
There is a possibility that their darling could use cutthroat to their advantage.
Main reason being is that depending on the person he doesn't always like to share but deals with it. That being said he does somewhat protect his darling from some of the stuff doctor does to them.
It's near impossible to get away from them let alone staying away since they always know where their darling is.
In the end...their darling is going to have a rough time with those two on good days. Their fate is sealed once they get those two attention and there's simply nothing that can stop it.
