One man show and a side show
Courier does a lot of the leg work but hoodlum is the one who watches over their darling the most.
Hoodlum is the reason their darling escapes most of the time since out of the two he is the easiest to trick.
Out of the two hoodlum is the most delusional which shows to be his downfall since it's something their darling can use.
With this pair they really don't have to worry about punishments given that both (especially hoodlum.) don't really do them. (But they could anger courier enough for him to do some kind of punishment.)
Out of the two hoodlums, definitely babies their darling the most.
Both are somewhat clingy to their darling with hoodlum being the worst of the two.
Hoodlum goes along with a lot of what courier does/says so he may end up being things he won't usually do on his own.
In the end this is an easy pair to deal with plus they are the easiest to escape from but actually getting away is a different story since courier most likely put a tracker on them but at least they don't have to worry about punishments when they do return 'home'.
