It doesn't take him long to learn that his darling does martial arts.
No matter how smart his darling is he will find a way although he does admit it does make things more interesting.
Now because they know how to defend themselves along with the chance that they won't fall so deeply into his lies means that he has to think more outside of the box.
All this being said Neither of these aspects will deter him but in fact make him think of other ways to get them.
He knows he isn't the most athletic person but he does know someone who is that is willing to help if he needs it.
He also knows some ways to slow them down so the moves that they use won't be as effective.
This being said that there is a chance that over time he will sneak something into their food or drink that does slow them down so when the time comes it won't be hard to collect them.
He really doesn't mean harm to his darling and wants to use the easiest path for both him and them. But in this case, he may have to use more of his plan Bs and Cs meaning that things won't be as comfortable then they could have been.
