She doesn't really mind her darling's laziness in fact it makes things easy for her.
She has the servants do many things for them. (Like bring them things no matter the distance.)
She may spoil them a bit more for making things so easy.
However, if she notices that they haven't moved for a while she will insist that they at least take a walk with her.
Although she does have people who do many things for them, she still wants them to move Around just so they don't become unhealthy.
Now she won't make them run around the castle but she will have them walk around the garden with her either every other day or every few days.
She will also have a doctor come every few weeks just to make sure that they stay healthy.
So, although with this kind of darling she does still spoil them rotten she does put her foot down a bit more with them if only for their health.
