If nothing is going to plan then she will simply take them to her friend.
More or less whoever her friend has fallen for is going to have to deal with a lot in more ways than one.

They will simply be a gift for her friend.
After learning that her friend has fallen for someone, she is going to do everything in her power to help her friend.
She will help them with keeping their new 'lover' in check and will even give tips.
Anything they will need she will get for them. (Flowers, rope, gifts, 'medicine'.)
Her friends 'new partner' is really going to have one hell of a time dealing with both of them.
