The LORD Blesses Job

     Now the LORD blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys.
He also had seven sons and three daughters.
                 Job 42:12,13

     The LORD did this (restored Job's losses) after Job prayed for his friends. Early in chapter forty-two Job admits to the the LORD that he knows God can do everything. So God rebuilt Job, the broken man, and better than he was before.
       I am so glad that I finally opened to a passage that displays God's power in a positive light. I learned a lot from Job the second time I read it. My flesh-body life, or anybody's, can change in an instance.
     God doesn't have to explain himself to us. We need to be thankful, daily, for what He has given us. And we also need to tell God that we love Him. :-)

The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Please read your Bible.
