To Jesus it is so simple - love God and do as He asks. Well, it is that simple, but we also need to come to Jesus first. Jesus is a great example of how to do God's will. He always gave credit to God for whatever He did.
God's family are the ones who are willing to praise and worship God, and also spread His Word. It is tough, there are so many non-believers, and many that don't think that they need Jesus.
We can blame society to a certain extent. There is so much evil going on in the world right now that many people don't know there is a loving, kind God waiting for them - He has always been there. Tell Him you love Him.
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.
