The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord from heaven.

I needed help on this one. The first man is Adam, a flesh-body man. Eve gave him fruit from the tree of knowledge and he ate it - sin was born. They (Adam and Eve) knew they were naked and covered themselves.
The second Man, I believe, is Jesus Christ. Jesus had to die for what Adam did. Adam started it and Jesus finished it, sin I mean. There will always be sin as long as we are in the flesh, but Jesus atoned for all our sins. All we have to do is accept Jesus and repent. Oh yeah, tell God that you love Him.
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.
