But one testified in a certain place,
saying:
"What is man that You are mindful of
him,
Or the son of man that You
take care of him?
You have made him a little lower than
the angels;
You have crowned him with glory and
honor,
And set him over the works of Your
hands.
You have put all things
in subjection under his feet."
Hebrews 2:6-8
The one is David in the first verse. God put man in charge of the earth. Jesus, being a flesh-bodied man, has dominion over the earth and man - He is our God on earth.
That is all I want to say for now; well, one more thing - tell God that you love Him.
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.
