And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
Acts 11:26
The first Christian church was founded in Antioch, also. It is located in the southern part of Turkey, about 12 miles northwest of the Syrian borders. Modern-day Antioch is Antakya, Turkey and is near the Mediterranean Sea - this is where Paul started his missions.
I am sure you read that this is where the disciples were first called Christians. What a special place! Tell God that you love Him.
