"Fools and blind! For which is greater, the gold or the temple that sanctifies the gold?

Jesus is speaking to the scribes and the Pharisees. I can't help but think of the verse -
And He said to them, "You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God."
Luke 16:15
It doesn't matter what we do, if it is justified by man. People can reassure you that something you did is ok. What we do only matters, if it is justified by GOD. I will end here. Tell God that you love Him.
This is a faithful saying:
For if we died with Him,
We shall also live with Him.
If we endure,
We shall also reign with Him.
If we deny Him,
He also will deny us.
If we are faithless,
He remains faithful;
He cannot deny Himself.
