Now they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going before them; and they were amazed. And as they followed they were afraid. Then He took the twelve aside again and began to tell them the things that would happen to Him:
"Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death and deliver Him to the Gentiles;
"and they will mock Him, and scourge Him, and spit on Him, and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again."
Mark 10:32-34

Two entries ago was about Jesus' birth and this one is about His death and resurrection - I can't think of a better way to end this book.  Again, I open the Bible and God chooses these entries.  I get strength from the whole Bible, but I feel God wants us to know what He did for us in sacrificing His Son.
     If I think about this long enough it will bring me to tears.  Jesus was perfect in every way possible, never thinking about Himself.  He didn't have a place to lay His head; He traveled around helping and healing people while spreading His Father's Word.  Tell God that you love Him.

The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Please read your Bible.
