So Elijah answered and said to them, "If I am a man of God, let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty men." And the fire of God came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.
2 Kings 1:12
Obviously Elijah was a man of God. Elijah got carried up into heaven in the flesh. I think Elijah will definitely be one of the two witnesses in the end times, or so I think. Moses could be the other one or Elisha. They will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days. So I guess these two witnesses will be well-versed in the Bible.
The two witnesses still remain a mystery, along with Melchizedek and the unnamed disciple - a lot of mystery in the Bible. Tell God that you love him.
Note - ok, one more shot; how about Enoch?
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
