"For Moses truly said to the fathers, 'The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you.
'And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.'
Acts 3:22,23
The Prophet, of course, is none other than Jesus the Christ. This passage is also talking about the Second Coming. People and souls haven't been destroyed yet; but they will. Tell God that you love Him!
This is a faithful saying:
For if we died with Him,
We shall also live with Him.
If we endure,
We shall also reign with Him.
If we deny Him,
He also will deny us.
If we are faithless,
He remains faithful;
He cannot deny Himself.
2 Timothy 2:11-13
