(Y/n) along with Miss Mary and a number of the other residents and store owners of the street, were out making sure that everything was in place for the days festivities; they had all organised a street party in hopes of bringing some camaraderie and community spirit back to the dull, dark, dirty streets of Gotham, and even if it was only their street that did such things, one street was better than no street.

(Y/n) had managed to organise with Hoyt that Arthur, Gary and the others would all be down to advertise for her store in conjunction with the party, knowing that the local children would love to have the "monsters" walking around as their parents talked, and hopefully made their way into her little business.

"Well, it looks like we're all done, I just have to wait for my monsters to arrive."  (Y/n) told Miss Mary, as she helped the old lady bring out the last of the chair from her restaurant and placed them around the large communal table that had been set up.

"And will your lovely Arthur be here?" Miss Mary enquired, smiling softly as she saw (Y/n)'s cheeks turn a deep pink hue at the suggestion that Arthur was hers.

"Of course he's coming, I can't have monsters without having my very own Count Dracula, and I can't think of anyone better to play him than Arthur." (Y/n) said, looking up as she saw the small bus stop at the barriers at the end of the street.

"It looks like they're here." (Y/n) yelled out excitedly as she ran down the road, unable to contain her childlike excitement at the thought of seeing all her favourite horror characters brought to life in front of her.

Almost skidding to a halt, (Y/n) couldn't help but feel a giddy glee as the door of the bus opened and out lumbered an annoyed looking Randall, his painted grey skin, squared off head and neck bolts making him look every inch like Mary Shelly's famous monster, and though she had to admit she didn't like Randall, she suddenly found herself hugging the big man.

"Oh my god! You look wonderful!" (Y/n) exclaimed as she let go of a slightly happier looking Randall, her eyes widening when they fell on Gary, the little man dressed handsomely in a Victorian gentleman's suit with a top hat, half of his costume in perfect condition that would befit Dr. Jekyll, the other half tattered and torn, his face painted hideously, and his fingernails long, depicting the poor doctors alter ego of Mister Hyde.

"Gary, you look amazing, so gentlemanly, yet so scary." (Y/n) chuckled, as Gary took her hand and kissed her knuckles gently.

"It is a pleasure to be a gentleman for a lady such as yourself." Gary cooed softy, winking as he took her over to where her invisible man and Dorian Grey stood checking their costumes in one of the store windows.

"Well, I don't think that I could have asked for better, you all look wonderful." (Y/n) said, as she looked at the four men.

"Just one thing....... I'm missing a Count Dracula. Where's Arthur?" (Y/n) asked Gary, furrowing her brows as the little man began to chuckle.

"(Y/n)." A soft voice said from behind her, causing (Y/n) to spin on her heels, stopping as she came face to face with a sight that she had not quite been prepared for.

She had instructed Hoyt that no expense was to be spared with the boy's costumes, and that particular attention should be paid to her Count Dracula's; but as she looked at Arthur, he was more than she could have hoped for, and she couldn't help but feel weak at the knees.

Stood before her was not the clown she had first met, nor even the man that she cared for, in front of her stood her very own Count, handsome, mysterious and intriguing.

Arthur was dressed in an smart black three piece suit, that looked as though it had been especially tailored just for him, a crisp white shirt that had been left open around the neck, and just to add the icing to the cake, his shoulders were draped by a great black cape, which had a bright red lining that made his ensemble and his pale handsome face stand out all the more.
