Delilah's POV

Today is my first official day on Truck 81. I walk into the briefing room as the morning briefing is about to start. It is all the general stuff and Casey wishes Cruz a great first day back and me a good first day on Truck 81. After the briefing I walk into the common room. I meet Cruz properly after only having a brief conversation before morning briefing he's really nice and funny and asks for a request I was surprised I hadn't gotten yet. "Do you have any crazy photos of Stella as a child. "Well let's see, I definitely don't have a folder of photo's called Stella." "Oh god." Stella says. "Ha sucks to be you. " Kelly says. "Hey Kelly, you know I also have a folder for you which includes Vegas." I say. Kelly puts a finger to his lips. "What happened in Vegas." everyone says in unison. "Unfortunately, I made a deal with Kelly never to release the images and or videos to anyone, honestly Stella hasn't seen any." I say. I show some photos of me and Stella from our childhood, some of me and Kelly and some of all three of us to the group. Everyone was laughing when I showed the one of me and Stella when we were 16 and Kelly and Stella drunk in Miami. Super cute was used often when I showed photos of Me and Stella in Elementary School."How did you and Kelly meet because that Vegas stuff sounds before Stella and Kelly met." Mouch asks. "It was before Stella and Kelly had met but I actually met Shay first and met Kelly through Shay at an academy graduate party, and Shay was a person who was helping out." Everyone goes kind of sad, I bet they all miss Shay too. "Did he hit on you." Brett asks lightening the mood. "What you think, but he soon stopped when Kelly's dad met me and was stunned when he realised my name having some knowledge of me like him and my dad are brothers after all." I say. "Hey, Shay was hitting on you too and that was funny." Kelly says whilst laughing. "So technically i'm a Severide but if anyone calls me that your dead, it's bad enough to know i'm related to him let alone publicly being recognised as his cousin." "I say. "Why are you not a Severide then." Mouch asks. I have to think about it a bit before saying, "Well on my birth certificate I am but my mum decided to give me her maiden name as I went through school and I've just stuck with it" "Did you witness the first meeting of these two doushbags." Capp asks.  "Yep, big time, it was hilarious, I'm so glad Stella didn't listen to me because what came from her ignoring my advice was priceless." "What do you mean." Sylvie asks. "Well I told her that I saw Kelly staring at her, I told her I think he's hitting on you and she just replied nonsense and didn't believe me, I just said ok then but you should at least show him your ring to get it to his head your off limits but she refused to do so, but now I'm glad she did because that spectacle Kelly pulled was totally worth Stella being an ignorant idiot towards me that whole day. And now the too of them are married and scare me to death by doing stupid things in fires for each other" I say. "What about you and Stella, how did you two meet." Violet asks. "We grew up together actually, she lived next door to me and we went to the same schools throughout our childhood. We were kind of inseparable, everyone who went to our school would tell you that. We were best friends and have always stayed close we even went through the fire academy together. We got separated when we got our candidate placements but now were back working together and I'm grateful." I reply smiling over at Stella
