Chapter 158

"Prince Charming," I called out to Andy who was in the kitchen.

We were testing out our costumes for Halloween.

"I think the tights are a little tight," Andy complained.

I bursted out in laughter.

"The tights are not comfortable," Andy told me as he adjusted himself.

"Well maybe some black slacks would be good," I told him as I went to the living room and looked at myself in the mirror.

The dress I had secured for my costume and it had a little collar I need to iron and readjust before Halloween night.

"The dress looks really good on you darling," Andy told me.

"Thanks, Prince Charming," I told him as he came and wrapped his arms around me.

"Why is it that you look perfect and I look like a flop," Andy remarked.

I shook my head.

"You don't look like a flop," I told him.

"Your costume has no flaws and mine well, it's a bit tight," Andy told me.

I chuckled.

"You just got blessed in different places by the lord," I joked.

Andy laughed.

"Blessed by the lord? Good lord darling," Andy commented.

"You know it,"  I told him as I winked in the mirror.

"I don't know what I'm gonna do with you," Andy remarked.

"I got a few ideas," I told him with a low voice.

"Haha oh darling uhm," Andy remarked crimson red.

"Anyhow let's find you some slacks instead,"  I told him as we went up the stairs to our bedroom.

"Thank god," Andy mumbled.

"It's not that bad I mean it could be a lot worse where the top part of the costume was shorter and showed everything," I told Andy as we made it to our bedroom.

I went straight to his closet and his drawer set.

"Ok, so the costume is blue and black toned so probably a pair of black slacks would be a good idea," I contemplated as I pulled out 3 pairs of pants.

I held the first pair up to him.

"Well?" I asked Andy for his opinion.

"Those could work," Andy told me.

"Ok so option one possibly," I listed off.

"These are more of a grey-black I don't like them,"  Andy told me as I held the second pair up to him.

"Ooof you are right," I told him.

"The last pair I think is a little short for the shoes," Andy remarked.

"So go try the first pair on and let's see the full fit," I told him.

Andy smiled as he disappeared to the bathroom to change.

After a second, I waited to say anything.

"Uhm are you comfortable yet?" I joked

"Yes darling just trying to not get the costume top stuck in the zipper," Andy remarked.

"Ohhhh," I remarked chuckling.

After a second or two, Andy came out. He looked 100% more comfy.

"You look good love," I told him.

"You think so?" Andy asked.

"Yes," I replied to reassure him.

"The pants are nice 'cause then I actually have pockets for my wallet," Andy told me.

"Ooooh true," I told him as I just stared at him.

Do you ever feel like some things aren't meant to be yours and you feel shocked that you do have it?

"Why are you staring?" Andy asked chuckling.

"Because it's hard to believe someone like you loves me," I told him truthfully.

Andy looked shocked at what I had just said.

"A-are you freaking kidding darling?" Andy asked as he stared back at me.

I shrugged.

"Sometimes you get to thinking and you think why did they ever fall for you," I told him honestly.

"Darling you are crazy come here," Andy remarked as he wrapped me in a embrace.

"I love you for everything that makes you, well, you. Don't ever think differently," Andy whispered to me as he held me for a second.

I sighed.

"I hate overthinking but sometimes it just happens," I told him.

"Well darling don't think differently about us," Andy told me.

"I never do. Well, I try not to," I told him.

"You are my princess and I am your prince," Andy remarked lovingly.

I smiled to myself.

"I think that's the best thing you've said to me," I told him.

"Yes princess," Andy told me.

"Now this has turned mushy," I joked.

"I think that is a new nickname I'm gonna use," Andy told me proudly.

"Princess? It sounds so," I remarked.

"Formal? Yeah," Andy remarked with a smile.
