Ariana's POV

I slept in!!

I had ten minutes to get ready before school, and it usually took me over half an hour! I launched myself out of bed, washed, brushed my teeth, got dressed, brushed my hair, put on some light makeup, slipped on some shoes, all under ten minutes.

"A! Time to go!" I heard Elena call up to me from downstairs. I ran down the stairs and outside without breakfast.

Yes, I was on time now...

Elena had run up to me after maths class, grabbed my hand, and literally pulled me out of school. She said something about me skipping school for the rest of the day with her and that we were going to the Salvatore boarding house.

When we arrived, Elena knocked on the door. Damon answered.

"Ariana. Elena." He greeted both of us.

"Is Stefan home?" Elena asked. Damon just nodded. "Well can we see him?" Damon shook his head with a small smirk. Elena clearly grew frustrated. "You're so pompous and vain, even after what you've done!"

"That was a bad move to call a vampire pompous and vain." Damon pointed out.

"You wouldn't hurt me even if you wanted to." Elena mentioned. Damon raised his eyebrows.

"And why is that?" Damon questioned.

"Because of Ariana." Elena smirked. Damon looked at me, was silent for a few seconds, and then turned back to Elena. 

"Come on in." Damon stepped aside, without even answering back to Elena's previous statement, and Elena and I stepped in.

"Stefan, where are you?" Elena called out. "Stefan!?"

"Elena, Ariana." We looked towards the stairs and saw Stefan.

"Is Vicki here?" I asked.

"Yeah. Upstairs." He replied, coming down the stairs.

"What do we do now?" I questioned.

"Yeah! What do we tell Jeremy, Matt and everyone else?" Elena spoke.

"We'll come up with something. She will stay here with me for a little while until she gets her bloodlust under control." Stefan stated. We looked up when we heard a noise and Vicki was stood at the top of the stairs.

"Um... H-hey Vicki." I whispered. "How are you?" Vicki turned to me.

"Is that a joke!? How do you think I am, twin Gilbert!?" Vicki yelled.

Stefan had went out of the room for a sec, leaving Elena and I to deal with Vicki. Vicki pulled out her phone and began dialling a number.

"Vicki, who do you want to call?" Elena asked.

"I'm just calling Jeremy." Vicki mumbled. Elena walked up to her and grabbed her phone out of her hands. "What the hell, Elena!? Give that back!"

"Vicki..." I spoke up, Vicki turned towards me. "It's too dangerous for you to see Jeremy anymore."

"I can see Jeremy if I want to see Jeremy!" Vicki yelled. "I'd never even think about hurting him."

"Yeah, you say that now... But you never know!" Elena told her. "I'm not letting Jeremy get involved in any vampire business!" Vicki suddenly grabbed Elena and pinned her up against the wall by her neck.
