"You know why I joined SPACE?" Navya asked looking at Cabir.
He nodded his head in a no.
"I was living in Nyonika aunty's girls' orphanage. She joined me in SPACE" she said.
"Mom Ki orphanage? You never told us about this" Manik said.
"Mein apni Maa ke saath Delhi Mein rehthi thi. Maa ko hamesha meri shaadhi Ki jaldhi thi. Par mujhe padhna tha, I always wanted to have a business of my own. Phir mujhe Nyonika Aunty ke baare Mein Patha Chala Ki how she helps women who aspire to do something with their lives. Badee mushkil se Maa ko manaake Mumbai aayi to meet Aunty. Unko Sab bathaaya Ki I wanted to study more. She was so happy with me and agreed to support once I graduate from college. Par aisa nai hua" she said and was again on the verge of crying.
"Navya relax" Cabir said. "You're sure you want to talk now?" He asked. She nodded her head and continued.
"I was on my way back home. Train Mein thi when I met a guy. Harshad. Woh bhi Delhi jaa raha tha. Hamaare beech Bas normal baathein hue the. I thought he was a nice guy. Mein use apne baare Mein Kuch bhi personal baathein nai bathaayi. But after I went back, he somehow got to know about me. Ek din wohh directly mera college aa Gaya. He asked me for friendship Aur meri galthi thi Ki Meine Maan liya. After few days I noticed change in his behavior. Ek din achaanak se usne mujhe propose Kiya. I was not ready that time and I rejected. I thought he won't react. Par nai, he tried to force on me and Having no other choice, I reached Aunty and told her everything. She helped me escape from there and let me live in her orphanage. Mein apni mom ke saath shift hui thi and joined SPACE as your junior. Yahaa Aane ke ek saal baadh Maa ko death ho gayi. Tab se Nyonika Aunty ne mera Bohoth khayaal rakha" she stopped saying, trying to control her tears.
"Tabhi unhone mujhe Manik Aur Mukti se milwaaya tha because she thought I needed a friend. Harshad ko shaayadh ye sab Kuch Patha tha. But Phir bhi aaj tak he never tried to reach me. But Kal Woh party Mein aaya tha. He blackmailed me ki agar Mein us se shaadhi Naa karoon toh woh" she ask and abruptly stopped.
"Toh Woh Kya karegaa?" Cabir asked.
"He said he'll kill you. Use Patha Chal gaya hain Ki we are getting married" she said and started sobbing badly.
"Navya Pehle Tum Ronaa bandh karo please. Wohh Kuch nai karega. Yaar you know me for 4 years already Aur Tum ab bhi darr rahi ho?" He asked hugging her.
"I can't lose you Cabir" she said.
"Oh my Black and white MadhuBala you are never going to lose me. Aise kaise Jaane dhoonga yaar. Aur Kya naam bathaaya tha Uska.. Haan harshad. Uska toh hum dhekh lenge. You fikar not" he said.
"Cabir Woh Kuch bhi Kar saktha hain" she said.
"Yaar ye baar baar villains Ki entry Kyu hothi hain yaar hamaare lives Mein? Kya hum khush nai reh sakthe aise?" Cabir asked looking at his friends.
"Par Manik ne bathaaya ki, when you confess your love you promise to be on our side.. Always in thick and thin Aur ayyappa wohh promise seriously leke aise tests Lethe hain and we'll always survive them together.. Haina Manik" Nandini said in one go.
"Wahh Manik Baba! Wahh" Cabir said clapping his hands.
"Nandini Tum chup nai reh sakthi ho Naa" Manik face palmed and said looking at Nandini. She smiled sheepishly realizing what she just said.
"Haan toh galath Kya hain? Kyun Navya? When he proposed you, didn't he promise to protect you?" He asked Navya.
"He did" Navya replied.
"Dhekh Bhai ab Bol dhiya toh karna padega" Manik said looking at Cabir.
"Navya Tum mujhe uske details dho and don't worry. We'll handle him. Kuch nayii baath nai hain hamaare liye..kyun Cabir" Manik said.
"Haan. He's right. Aur don't worry about me mujhe kuch nai Hoga. Chahiye toh maata rani ko dho theen extra prayers karlo ki Cabir ko Kuch nai hona chahiye Cabir ko Kuch nai chahiye Aur Woh sun Legi jaise jamesha sunthi hain" he teased her.
"Toh Kya karoon, manufacturing defect hain shayadh" he replied.
"Ab Tum Kya karoge?" Navya asked Cabir.
"Soch ne kaa time toh dho, Abhi Abhi bathaaya hain na problem Ke baare Mein" Cabir replied
"Sochthe reh jaao Tum" Navya said angrily.
"Tum gussa kyu ho rahi ho? Gussa toh mujhe honi chahiye. Aur Aaj mere paas Bohoth saare reasons hain.. Sunogi miss black and white madhubala?" Cabir asked.
"Ek legit reason bathaao" she asked.
"One...you took so long to tell this to me, two...that means you never trusted me or as a matter a fact you never trusted any of us, agar trust karthi toh Bohoth Pehle Bol dhethi and three, it's because of you that our wedding got postponed. shaadhi ho gayi hothi toh Kuch nai Kar saktha tha... Tumhe hi late karni thi shaadhi karne Mein" he said the three reasons.
"Cabir I said legit reasons, not ainvayi reaosns" Navya replied.
"Yaar, do you even have any idea about the seriousness of this issue. You are arguing like kids. Dhimaak kharaab ho gaya Tum dhonon ka" Manik said.
"Let's just go talk to him first. Jaan toh le pehle, ki uska problem kya hain? Kyun aaya after these many years?" Cabir said.
"I'll give you his card" Navya said and went into her room.
"Do you think yeh bandha serious hain? I mean should we have to even consider him in our busy schedule? Concert is just in four days and we are not ready with even one song" Cabir said.
"Cabir, it's about Navya. You know it's nothing before family. Pehle is ko dhekh lethe hian, concert ka kya, we are Fab5. We have already given many impromptus" Manik replied. Meanwhile, Navya was also back with his card.
"Yeh lo" she said and gave Manik the card.
"Harshad Saxena, MD Saxena group of companies... hmmm interesting" Manik said looking at the card.
"Okay Navya! You don't worry. Well take care of him" he said.
"Chalo ab thodi practice bhi kar lethe hain" Dhruv said and everyone went into the music room.
"So what are we going to sing?" Manik asked.
"How many are we supposed to sing?" Mukti asked.
"I guess two" Cabir replied.
"Okay let's get to it. Let's make some music" Manik said and picked his guitar.

Music practice..fun.. and meeting Harshad.
Harshad's track will not be a very serious one. I will try to write it in more of a funny way if possible. I cannot guarantee anything though.
