Bella's Adoption Day

We walked out of that big place and mommy was crying. I had butterflies in my tummy because I was told that I was gonna be asked some questions.
"Has your Mommy ever hit you?"
"No. Mommy said it isn't nice to hit others."
"Does your mom spend time with you?"
"Yeah! Sometimes she tucks me into to bed and watches movies with me! And on Saturdays and Sundays we go to the candy shop!"
"That's sweet. What do you think about your mommy?"
"She's nice, and she spends time with me. But if you're bad she'll get angry and send you to your room. She doesn't yell a lot. And I love her a lot!"
"It's just so amazing! Bella Daniella Frazier-Benson. She's all mine."
"Can we go eat? I'm really hungry."
"Yes princess. What do you want?"
"I want chicken tenders!"
"Okay, let's go to Juniors. How about that?"
"Yeah!"
"Mommy we could get Oreo cheesecake too?" My brother asked.
"Yes. Let's get in the car now kiddos."
"Mommy, So Bella is my sister now?"
"Yes, She is."
"I'm going to make sure nobody ever hurts her." He hugged me and I smiled.
"Aww. That's so nice of you."
"Mommy, did you know My bunny and my teddy are getting married?"
"They are?! Weren't they fighting?"
"Yeah, but they said sorry. Now they want to be together."
"Where are you getting all of this marriage stuff from anyways? You're too young for this."
"From that show."
"What show love bug?"
"That show about getting married, I saw it once at Aunty 'Manda's house but then she said the show isn't for me."
"Ohh that show, yeah it isn't for little girls and boys."
"A lot of things aren't for little girls and boys." Noah said.
"Yeah."
"I know how you feel."
"You weren't little for a long time mommy."
"That's true. But I still know what it feels like to want to get bigger."

"What ya thinking about?"
"Things." I colored on the paper and she gave me a kiss.
"You're always in your own world. Noah, you're getting a cheese burger right?"
"Yes mommy."
"You said someone else was coming."
"Yeah, were waiting on them."
"Hmph."
"What?"
"They're taking forever!"
"Hey guys!" It was Aunty Amanda and Jesse. But I realized something about Aunty Amanda. Her tummy is really big.
"Hi!"
"Cornbread!"
"Bella, say hi." Mommy looked at me and I waved.
"You Alright?"
"I fine." Mommy pulled back my hair and put her arm around me.
"Hey Jessie! You're getting so big!" My mom and Aunty Amanda were talking a lot so I just decided to watch. Mommy was tickling me while talking to Aunty.
"Look the food!" Noah clapped his hands as he got his cheese burger and Jesse did too when she got her chicken tenders.
"Bella boo?"
"Yes mommy?"
"What's wrong? You've been over here not eating for while."
"I thinking." I looked at mommy's plate that had salmon on it with broccoli and rice.
"You want some salmon and broccoli?"
"Yes please. I wanna try." Mommy took a little piece from the salmon and gave me a forkful.
"Is it good?" My Aunty asked while eating ribs.
"I like it. Does Jesse like salmon?"
"I don't know actually. I haven't given her fish yet." Then I ate a chicken tender and some fries.
"Mommy! Hug me." Mommy put her arm around me again and smiled.
"Sweet pea can you tell Aunty 'Manda about today?"
"They ask me questions about you. I said you take me to candy shop when you spend time with me. I said you the best mommy ever!"
"Aww that's so cute."
"Mommy, I wanna do Snapchat."
"Only for 1 picture."
"No. I do a lot."
"One." I took the phone and looked for doggy.
"Why can she only take one pic Liv?"
"Because she over did it last time."

At my party
"UNCLE!" My Uncle Sonny picked me up and spun me around.
"Hey my pumpkin pie! How are you feeling?"
"I'm super happy. I'm Bella Benson now!"
"That's great! Where's your mommy?"
"She's over there. By 'Manda."
"Alright. I'm going to go talk to her and then I'll come back okay?"
"Okay uncle!" He set me down and I went into my bedroom for a minute.
"Jesse! You wanna play?"
"Yeah."
"What dolly you want?"
"That one. It looks like me!" She took the blonde Barbie and sat in front of the dollhouse.
"I'm going to make cheese burgers!" I took my doll to the kitchen where she started to make them.
"Bella, can you come for a second?"
"Sure mommy!" I took her hand and walked out to see this guy. I didn't know him at all! He looks like a grandpa.
"This is my old boss. Say hi Mr.Cragen."
"Hi Mr.Cragen!"
"So you're the Bella that's been making Olivia smile." He gave me a hi five and a blue lollipop!
"Thank you."
"You're welcome Bella!" My mom picked me up  as I waved to him.
"Mommy? Was he a nice boss?"
"Yes he was."
"Are you the boss? Is that why you have big office?"
"Yeah, I'm kind of like a boss. I'm a Lieutenant, but he was a Captain."
"Like pirate ship?"
"I guess. But more important."
"Mommy, can I be a Lieutenant?"
"If you want to. When you're a big adult like me."
"But what about a Ballerina?"
"You already are my special ballerina. You're the best in my eyes!"
"Are you coming to my recital mommy?"
"I'll try my hardest to come sweet pea."
"Please come! You missed the last one."
"I'll try. I'll promise you that."
"Guys, can we eat the cake? Let's get the real party started!"
"That's why you're Santa!" I stuck out my tongue at Uncle Fin and my mom laughed at me.
"She's going to be a real handful when she gets older I'll tell you now. It starts off as jokes but before we all know it we're getting some serious back talk." All of the adults laughed but I was puzzled. So I laughed a little as mommy started cutting the cake.
"Oreo!" Mommy gave me, Noah, and Jesse plates first.
"Give some to Uncle fin last!" Noah said while coming to sit next to me.
"Yeah!"
"He gets it last!"
"Sheesh, why it gotta be me."
