You ran behind Missy, trying to find out what was going on. You needed to figure out what was going on. Something felt wrong about this. You made yourself stay close to Missy while you ran.

Though the idea of running wasn't good for your body. Your body just want up for running yet. You had lost so much blood before that you had only just got used to sitting up. You had barely had any water let alone a meal yet. A good sugar boost would have been good for you. So running so quickly really had you working hard.

"What's going on?" You asked, breathing a sigh of relief when seeing the TARDIS console room up ahead.

"I don't know" Missy replied "but we need to find out. Somethings not right" she told you.

You nodded your head as you entered the control room. It looked like everyone else was already there and had run as soon as they felt the TARDIS move like that too. They were all slightly out of breath and panting, while the doctor was up at the controls working hard and looking with concentration.

"What happened?" Missy asked, heading towards the doctor and the controls.

"I'm not sure but it wasn't me that made the TARDIS jolt like that" the doctor replied "I didn't even touch the controls. It felt like someone moved us like they forcefully ripped us out of our time zone and pulled us through the time vortex. I'm trying to see where we are. I think that's what happened anyways" She said.

"How are you (y/n)?" Yaz asked, looking at you.

"Fine" you shrugged, smiling a little "Eva's a bitch"

"Language!" The doctor shouted at you.

You rolled your eyes. She wasn't even looking your way and she was telling you off. Still treating you like a child and acting like it was such a crime to swear. At this rate she'll have you putting money in a jar every time you swear. Then she'll be super rich.

But she wasn't even looking your way. She had her back to you with a concerned look on the screens as did Missy. You couldn't blame her though. You could feel something was really wrong with this. Something big...something bad. You really had a bad feeling about this down to your bones.

"These scans aren't telling us anything useful. We'll have to go out there and check it out ourselves?" Missy raised a brow in questioning at her suggestion, looking at the doctor for approval.

She sighed at that before nodding her head "fine. We'll all go out there. But I want you all sticking close to me. No splitting up this time. Also no wandering off" she raised a brow, saying that last part to you in particular.

You sighed, rolling your eyes before raising your hands "you don't have to worry about me. Promise" you smiled.

The doctor hummed a little at that before turning around "well then. Stay close to me everyone" she said.

You all followed behind her as she walked towards the door and opened it, stepping out confidently. You all walked behind her, keeping up with the doctors quick pace, though you couldn't help but let your eyes wander and look around you.

The whole place was a mess. It was all..destroyed. There was fire everywhere and rubble all around. People..creatures were running around while screaming and in tears. They looked so afraid. And like they were running away from something.

But everything was destroyed to nothing. The buildings were all ruined and turned to nothing but rubble. And those that were still standing were skyscrapers up in flames. The smoke was getting to you a little and you couldn't help but cover your face and cough a few times.

The doctor finally came to a halt and stopped walking, looking around you all. You all stopped and stuck close, looking in distraught and horror also. The doctors hazel eyes were filled with sorrow and sadness at the scenes around her.

"What happened?" Graham asked, the grit getting up to his mouth.

The doctor just shook her head "I don't know...but it looks a lot like...what happened.."

"Back home?" Missy finished off "the time war? It's like someone has done the same thing to this planet. Completely destroyed it..."

"And in the same way" the doctor added, looking horrified.

Just then a laser shot past you and you screeched, by instinct grabbing onto the doctors lilac coat, tightening your grip on it in fear. An old habit from when you were sixteen, apparently coming through again.

"What was that?" Ryan asked, looking around while trying to calm himself down.

"Exterminate!" You all heard a metallic and synthetic voice say from behind you, followed by more lasers.

You turned around and saw a big metal thing with a large stick and blue glow for an eye. The doctor grabbed you at that before pulling you to the side, her face filling with utter panic and fear.

"Get down!" She shouted, dragging you with her as she ran.

You all followed closely behind, dodging laser shots while your hearts raced. You had never seen such a look on the doctors face. And when you looked into Missy's eyes, they looked just as afraid. This was different. Something was wrong. She never looked like that.

"Behind the rubble! Cover yourselves everyone!" The doctor shouted, pulling you with her as she ducked down behind some of the rubble and large rocks.

You were breathing hard as the adrenaline started to kick in. You swallowed nervously, still holding onto the doctors coat by instinct. You didn't realise how afraid you felt right now. Even the doctor and Missy looked out of their depths here. They looked afraid.

"What is that thing?" You asked, breathing hard.

She looked at you in fear and worry, before shaking her head a little.

"A Dalek" she told you "it's a Dalek"
